It was close to eating places and Walmart if a person needed something.

The outside appearance wasn’t what we expected, but after visiting with staff, learned they are in the process of upgrading that and it will look nice, I’m sure, after they are finished. We were surprised that more attention was not given to the breakfast. It was a Saturday morning and several people found Very little to eat at 8:00 AM. No one was around to even ask about getting more food.

The bed was comfy.. clean rooms.. staff friendly.. basic breakfast.. the rates are good as well..

The ice in the parking lot.. yes the outside isn’t appealing.. but as the old saying says don’t judge a book by it’s cover.. it’s not the Ritz or the Hilton..

Pool wasn’t open…

The room itself was spacious and clean. There was both a tub and shower, very clean. Good water pressure. Good mattress. Good TV. Good air-conditioning. Plenty of parking. Short drive to the downtown.

The overall building and grounds could use work. It was tired. The parking lot was cracked with grass growing through. External wall paint was peeling. Grass not mown. The pool was not operational. Many common area rooms had things piled up in them. The breakfast was very limited.

Room was nice, person who came to the reception was very pleasant and talkative.

Hotel is basically under construction, common areas were very dusty and pretty messy. It is seriously understaffed, one had to call a telephone number to get assistance. Breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast. The two mornings we tried to get something to eat, the area looked as if a horde of hungry locusts had been there before us, and nothing was restocked. See pictures.

The property was convenient and easy to get to. And it was cheap. The room wasn’t as bad as the outside common areas.

This property is in serious need of an update. When you drive up you see the paint peeling from the building. The hallways and common areas make you wonder whether or not this was a good idea. Honestly, it looks terrible. Also, in addition to your room charge they bill an upfront deposit ($50) and some other fee ($7) they tacked on when I made the reservation. Kinda sketchy. OYO? More like “Oh, no.”

old motel. May have been a Holiday convention center yeas before. Paint on outside was pealing bad. Window screens were torn. Lots of construction workers stay there. Pool was closed, looks permanent ly closed. Breakfest was laughable.

Close to Ramsey Park

Pool was not functional. Bathtub had someone else's hair in it. There was brown stuff leaking into the tub from a dispenser on the wall. They charge you a damage deposit when the walls had gross stuff on them in multiple spots.

Room was ok

TV had NO local channels. It was 100% internet without any decent selections.

Once in the room, the room was pretty comfortable.

Exterior of building suffers from extreme neglect. First reaction is to walk away. Manager slept through making breakfast.
