The staff treats you like a friend, not just a guest. The manager, Paul, and his wife are caring and sweet people. Candy, one of the professionals running the place is wonderful. It's close to both Mario hospital and clinic. The place is going through a remodel, which you may notice but it didn't interfere with our 10 day stay. The remodeled rooms are completely brand new, sparkling, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast choices are bagels, toast, yogurt, waffles, fruit, breakfast bars, juice, coffee, etc. No eggs bacon or sausage, but those attend ever that great at a hotel anyway. The value combined with the beautiful new rooms and super staff made this the only value hotel we will ever stay at in Rochester.

Clean nice rooms. Definitely would've expected a room looking like this to cost $100-$150 a night easily. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Best bang for your buck in Rochester MN.

Kinda wish the pool wasn't down for maintenance and some sort of meat at the breakfast. But that's not much to complain about.

The Coratel was an excellent place to stay. The front desk personnel were more than amazing. They treated me with respect, kindness, and compassion. I am a post surgical patient and they took that into consideration. Those two are excellent employees.

Not one thing. Everything was great!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I got there i asked for a crib and the lady brought it into the room and set it up. She brought an extra padding for it also. The breakfast was nice.

The only thing was that the pool and hot tub were out of service. Also the lighting in the room was very poor 😕

Often unable to find a staff member for help, as they all were outside smoking. Would make more sense for 1 person to stay behind to manage the font desk. There was a wad of chewed gum stuck to the side of the night stand. Should have easily been noticeable by housekeeping.

Your staff members, Candi and another young man were nothing less than wonderful. Personable, helpful, pleasant, available. Room very clean, comfortable, good parking.

I thought it was great. There is construction, but to be expected in any building at any time.

The condo was clean and tidy and the layout was perfect. The view of the ocean was exceptional. There was easy access to the beach. The chairs outside the condo were well suited to lounging with your morning coffee enjoying the expansive view of the ocean.

Clean and quiet and newer.

It was formerly Microtel and had a hot tub and pool. Or at least a hot tub but they are filling it in. That’s unfortunate.

I booked 2 rooms for myself and three friends. our stay was enjoyable, staff were very helpful. Bob, the security and handyman went above and beyond helping. He even lead us to the fuel station and gave directions for the best route out of town! Our rooms were very clean. My bed was very firm and comfortable. I do prefer a Firm pillow top mattress. I would definitely stay again.

The Hot tub was not operational. Having a jacuzzi was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

I especially liked that that there were room-darkening curtains in the room.

I could have used a heavier, or another blanket. I folded the sheet-blanket-sheet combo over so that they were doubled over me.
