The black woman who checked us out was not good at all. No greeting, nothing said. I told her there were a couple of things needing maintenance and she didn’t respond, the other lady checking out another customer caught me saying what needed to be done and immediately wrote it down on there log, while mine just ignored me. Not being racist, she just needs an attitude adjustment big time.

Best part of our stay was the breakfast and we would book again if I knew the breakfast employee we had was going to be there. This gentlemen Warren was taking care of the breakfast area by himself. I could not believe as I watched him cooking, serving, stocking plates, silver wear, filling the batter for pancakes and more. When not doing this he moved through every guest to ask how breakfast was and if there was anything more he could do. All this while cleaning tables and sanitizing breakfast bar area. I was impressed to say the least. Our food was hot and taste good for a continental breakfast. Warren Rocks!

Staff was very friendly and willing to work with the requests we had put in when booking. We had requested an early check in due to the health issues of our dog and the staff was willing to accommodate when we arrived. Upon checking in I was made aware that they don't normally allow early check ins so we are extremely appreciative and grateful that they were willing to let us do so. It allowed us to start our trip on a stress-free note and enjoy the family vacation :) The continental breakfast was also good! The cook made sure everyone enjoyed their meal and was very friendly when interacting with guests as well :)

The cappuccino machine, 2 hot tubs, close to parks and the breakfast guy is 5 stars!! He was literally the reason we stayed here again. Made to order real eggs, biscuits and gravy from a dude with a groovy attitude.

There was an unfortunate guest and staff did everything right and shielded other guests from a negative experience.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The breakfast server/manager was great!

The room smelled a little off. It is most likely from all the moisture coming from the pool which can't be helped.

The floor was extremely slippery by elevator and pool. Our room was being renovated, and it took two trips and a photo to show the busy front desk, but upgraded us to a suite. Breakfast was fresh eggs and sausage. Nice area by pool to eat!

Noisy hallways. One exit was cut off making for a long walk to the parking lot.

The walk out to the pool the pool the area surrounding the pool the hot tub the breakfast the breakfast the location.... The connected sit-down restaurant how close it is to valley Fair and the casinos as well as family and restaurants.... And one of the most important aspects was the price of the rooms and availability in the staffs willingness to make our stay very well I eat changing rooms to get closer to where we prefer

The TV worked only 10% of the time.... it's not a brand spanking new hotel

We love everything we always reserve this hotel!! The breakfast is the best part of it. The chef is so nice makes you feel at home!!

The only thing I didn’t like is that supervision of the pool. There were many kids alone and laud and no parents I. Pool with them.so we had to leave or my family and I had to be corner. Due to them not caring for their surroundings.

Breakfast was delicious, the beds were comfortable and the pool was very nice.

A/C in the room was not the coldest. Shower had very low water pressure.

Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I noticed the chlorine from the pool, but was not overwhelming. Would definitely stay there again. I enjoyed lunch and 2 for 1 drinks at the connected restaurant (forgot the name)

the bathroom needed some work,, otherwise the room was great. The "hallway maps" around the place are not quite accurate causing me to walk double to get to our room.
