The location was great for what I needed. Clean facility. Parking wasn't too far.

I didn't like that when I booked, I was given the option to pay at check in and I accepted that option. The day of my arrival, I received a phone call demanding payment then or they would not hold my room. I said what if you had not reached me? She said I would have lost my room. She explained that this was their (the hotel) policy she didn't know what booking.com's policy was. I just know I would not have been happy to show up and not have a room. The 2 company's need to get together on this and fix that. I could have easily paid up front I just didn't want to get up and get my wallet.

The hotel is really nice and free parking is just across the street. The room was spacious and quiet at the backside of the hotel. We didn't go to the restaurant, though, but it's separate from the hotel, so no breakfast. Elvis Presley's birthplace is close by and we got a voucher from the hotel to visit it for free. There's a small museum, too and the gardens around are very well kept.

When we came back from breakfast the next morning our room access cards didn't work anymore, although it wasn't yet checkout time. The receptionist apologized and unlocked them again for us, so it wasn't a big problem.

Free parking. Clothes steamer. Front desk staff went "above and beyond." The housekeeping personnel also. Black out curtains were great. Super comfy beds. Actually, except for a few things mentioned in the comments below, we loved our stay and will return. Exceptional hotel. Lovely hotel in a lovely little city.

Could clearly hear neighbor's alarm go off @5:30AM Too loud. Hotel had no control of early morning band warming up and early morning set-up for 5K run outside our window but had we known we could have had another room on other side of bldg instead. More lighting options good too. Clothes steamer nice but iron/board option good offering too. Small roach in bathroom. Mix-up in pending charges on our credit cards. NOT hotel's billing fault. We have copy of receipt. Original bill total was $369.56 divided by 2 @$184.78 each for my sister and I but pending credit card charges differed: $554.40 for one sister and $462.00 on mine. Confusing and alarming. Almost ruined our trip worrying about the outcome.

This was the most enjoyable stay at a hotel that we’ve had in a while. The facilities were top notch, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the breeze and conversation. There’s so much to love about this place; you’ll have to experience it for yourself. For the price range, I haven’t been to any hotel that compares. This place is a must if you’re visiting Tupelo and need a room. My husband and I will definitely stay again!

My only cons are that there was no microwave, the mini fridge was more like a soda cooler, and you have to ask to have your room cleaned if you’re not checking out.

Could have a better service outside of restaurant hours. The morning services are very limited, breakfast stops at 9:30, so you can’t get as much as a coffee in the 90 minutes between breakfast ending and checkout. I heard from staff multiple times how the restaurant is run separately from the hotel so they have no say. Multiple staff said it so quickly, suggesting they get customers complaining frequently.

Missy at the front desk was very nice and cordial and was very helpful. The accommodations were very adequate, especially considering the price. It was also simple and easy to find and to maneuver.

The street noise was excessive, especially on Saturday night. This was due to many very loud automobiles speeding up the street in front of the hotel. This only ended at around 11:00 P.M.

Very new accommodation so up to latest standard. Although on a busy road a place to sit outside to eat and drink. ( Not very common in the USA) Free parking around the whole building and convenient located just outside the centre.

There wasn’t a laundromat in the hotel, for a new hotel this would have been convenient when doing a roadtrip. We had to go to a laundromate a few blocks down the road waiting about 2 hours till our washing was done.

We were celebrating our Anniversary. We had dinner at Jobo's, which was excellent. Friendly staff in the restaurant and in the hotel. The front desk sent up a gift bag for our Anniversary which was very nice. We really liked the location and enjoyed walking to the park close by. We would definitely recommend this Hotel to friends and family.

Only small drawback was that the smoke detector light would flash across the room when the lights were turned off. It was rather irritating. Clean beautiful room, however.

This property was GORGEOUS! So clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. We loved the style of the rooms and the beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The bar was also great. Our bartenders were so fun and personable and gave great local recommendations. We stopped on our way back from Florida but I want to visit again just for fun! Stay here…you will love it!

Fantastic, quiet, safe location downtown. Walking distance to a beautiful park. Great photography opportunities in and around the hotel.

I'm a sucker for great 24 hour room service, but an on-location bar/restaurant is a close second. Would love to see more food options around the clock.
