The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the morning staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Additionally, the location is conveniently close to the Landing and downtown area..

We chose a place with a pool for the kids, but the water was unbearably cold, raising concerns about the chemical balance. The hot tub was pleasant; however, it was overcrowded with children due to the pool's low temperature. The staff member who checked us in appeared to be frustrated and disorganized, reacting somewhat defensively when I inquired about the paperwork for one of the rooms, which she had neglected to give me, attributing the oversight to her predecessor.

We stayed over fall break, family of 5. We really were impressed with how nice the room was! The beds were great, the breakfast was great, the pool was fun. We had a good time!

The walls are thin. You could hear my kids in the bathtub in the hallway and we could hear the conversation of the people in the next room. Something to think about if you are traveling with kids! Mine were loud so I am sure the neighbors did not appreciate us!

The breakfast each morning was well stocked. They worked hard to keep it stocked and clean. The room was comfortable and they kept it clean. If you needed anything, there was almost always someone at the front desk. If there wasn't anyone there, someone made contact and had someone show up fairly quick. They only closed the actual breakfast bar which left you room to sit with any visitors. We attended our granddaughter's graduation in Springfield, MO on the 20th and they came and visited with us on the 22nd. We used the sitting area to plan our day. Furthermore, there was an outside seating area off the breakfast room also. There were also restrooms in the area and they were very well kept.

The only thing I didn't like was that everyone seemed to have the same idea that we did. We waited until almost the last minute to check out and it created quite a jam. We were all trying to leave before the Holiday weekend and other people were pouring in for the Holiday weekend and we were working the elevator to death. Some people kept the luggage carts in their room so that created a problem. But the checkout process was very easy and went very smooth-no problem with the staff-not even a jam up there.

This was a nice hotel to stay at for a few nights. The room was spacious, the bathroom was big, and it was very clean. The staff was nice and friendly. It was close to the landing and everything was in near proximity for driving.

There’s not much to complain about. There was a limited selection for breakfast the first morning, but more the second morning. The hot tub jets didn’t work, it was a little too hot, and the water looked dirty. The edge was also curved which made it uncomfortable to lean back. Turning into/out of the parking lot was difficult due to traffic and parking wasn’t great. Overall, our stay was good and none of these inconveniences would make us not stay again!

Check in was smooth and quick. Lady at check in was very friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel was in convenient location to attractions. Could walk to landing and some stores if it had been warmer weather. Lobby was clean. The cookies were great!

Could smell bleach as we turned to walk down the hall. When we got to the room it was really small but comfortable. There was a used bandaid on the floor under the bed behind the headboard. There was a lot of children talking in the hallway as we were getting ready for bed but quieted down quickly.

The location was very convenient. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I thought I had read that it was only coffee, juice & pastries but the scrambled eggs, biscuits and oatmeal were a welcome treat! The gentleman who was working in the "Breakfast Room" was a blast!! Had everyone laughing. Enjoyed the indoor pool & hot tub!!

The tub in our room had extensive rust marks. At first, I thought it was dirt. Very unsightly and didn't look clean or healthy to use.

Staff was very friendly. Room was large. Great pool and hot tub! Delicious coffee!

The breakfast was lacking. I've never had a breakfast that didn't include toast. The other food tasted frozen or instant/mixed. Went elsewhere for breakfast the last morning.

Free wifi and they had dove products instead of tiny little containers of crappy stuff for the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and handsoap). The king suite was super nice. Loved the stay.

It was a little ways away from all the fun stuff to do.

The Baymont hotel is a really nice hotel. I can tell that the investment put into making this hotel a home away from home was well intended. The staff was very attentive and welcoming. I feel that this hotel is in a great location in Branson and is reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

I felt that the breakfast needed more choices, and needed to be a little bit better in its presentation. I know that covid has affected many things. I think putting brighter lights and more color in the breakfast area will help the delivery. I also feel that expanding the hot food choices will help the serving area not look so naked. I feel that it should look inviting. Go out and look at what other hotels are doing to help with the presentation. I did love that you served the best creamer for your coffee, by Delight.

The bath tub was pretty cool with the hot tub jets The hallway in the room was nice. Having counter space under the television. Wi-Fi and the cable was pretty decent. How the a bathroom was put together and how it had some space walking in. It's pretty nice. And the lighting on each side of the bed above the nightstand was pretty nice as well.

The room had no phone and the when I called the front desk for a few items I forgot I had to run down there in a robe instead of them having someone bring the items to my room for a shower. And the complementary breakfast was simply a bagel and a microwave your own breakfast sandwich instead of a hot complimentary breakfast they offer from the jump. I personally look forward to the complimentary hot breakfast that hotels offer so when I did not see the hot complimentary breakfast the offer I was pretty disappointed and irritated. breakfast was junk and put together by bunch of kindergarteners.
