The staff was so nice and friendly. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again. The price and the service was awesome. I can't say enough good things about this place. We originally booked with Expedia at the Wyndam and when we arrived was told they over booked and can not accommodate us. We booked this in January and in October, the girl at the guard shack said, they were fully booked for over a year. The girl at the front desk said, your room is not confirmed until you show up with us. We were on the phone for 3 hours with Expedia trying to get another room and all they offered us was a lesser hotel for the same price and got hung up on 2x and they sent us an email stating they tried calling us back, we never got a call back and never had a missed call from them. I flew in with no place to stay. We finally went and got something to eat and we were all on our phones trying to find a place. It's 9pm at night now and the Bransinn was so nice to wait for our arrival. Wyndam could care less and we weren't the only ones, the lady at the guard shack stated their was 14 others that booked with them, that they can't accommodate. Booking.com was great. I would NEVER book anything with Expedia again.

Super cute place, excellent location and the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Shower was good, decent water pressure. Bathroom was clean. We enjoyed as stay for the most part. (2 nights/3 days)

The AC unit needs some help, it runs all the time, kicking off and on and is extremely loud, you cant hear the Tv when its running unless you turn the volume up to 30+. Our room was next to the laundry room and the ice machine, noisy. They were busy when we checked out so i didn't get a chance to tell them. Next time we will ask for a King Suite away from the laundry, stairs and ice machine.

We liked our stay very much so! Thank you, for the convenience of the location! It was nice to have a routine that is consistent and reliable. Our three night stay was comfortable and helped made our family vacation run smoothly. Knowing what to expect having a clean and welcoming place to stay really does matter!

My preteen son was trying to find a cartoon or movie, well on the guide the XXX stuff with titles was listed. It was an awkward moment and not a family friendly experience. I would like to manage TV options. Family Friendly only/ block unwanted content even on the Guide/Menu. It would be nice to have an option for families who choose to only allow regular content. Just an idea? Or even offer a TV package that can be pre selected at the time of reservation or check in. We got lucky and found an Indiana Jones Movie playing one night.

I like the location, the rooms are clean and small nice. The free breakfast is very good, the pool is warm and friendly and the staff especially Ed Sohn the o. manager was amazing, kind and caring. We will definitely return to this INN when we come back to Branson. Love it

Great location. Staff wonderful and so nice. Room clean and breakfast area very nice and clean. Coffee maker in room super clean! ( you never see that)

To many people for the breakfast area. Some people might not mind but just a little crowed for us.

Quiet property, comfortable bed, no carpeting in rooms, breakfast was typical but well spaced out eliminating long lines. All staff were friendly but extra kudos to the hard working breakfast staff.

The pool and breakfast were pretty memorable! I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy each morning. The pool was nice and offered a good shaded spot to eat my lunch as well as a very clean salt water pool for the family to enjoy!

The beds were a little stiff and the water pressure in the shower was weak.

Location was very convenient and close to so many attractions. Beds were comfortable.

During breakfast the lady working was extremely rude to multiple guests. Several people stopped because she was yelling at some kids. Very unprofessional.

The facility was clean . The. staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was good.

You need more light in the room.
