The room had a good bathroom kit, there was bottled water to drink on the first day, only one day the breakfast was full. The distance from the hotel to my event venue was good.

Breakfast was always late and often incomplete, with only one person serving food. They did not clean the room the last two days, nor did they throw out the garbage. I thought it was expensive for the night for what it cost. I was assigned a room at the edge of the street even though I was going to stay for several days. You could hear the footsteps of the people in the room above and next door.

Our room was very nice and clean. It had something of a retro look and had obviously been remodeled at some point - new carpeting, bathroom improvements, excellent TV. There was a room for ice down the hall. The beds were comfortable. No complaints.

Check-in. We had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. I was billed a certain amount, and that was on my credit card. There was also a $10 separate charge that is a mystery. I assume parking was included, and we just parked in the lot. There was no valet parking, and we didn't need any.

I liked that it was a nice comfortable room, cleaned very well, new mattresses.

I didn’t like the location of the property. There was lots of construction around. I also didn’t like that there was an extra parking fee. $20 for parking just overnight is a bit excessive. I wish this could have been included in the hotel stay. We also had to pay $10 for wifi. So we came expecting everything to be set, and then having to pay and extra $30 upfront when we got there was a bit much.

The staff was truly AMAZING, as they so welcoming and kind. This is the best staff of any place I’ve ever stayed. The room was nice and clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The parking was plentiful and the hotel was really close to all locations we planned to visit.

The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything including people talking in their cars, running up and down the stairs and on the floor above us. We could also feel the floor and beds shake early in the morning. Also the WiFi signal was terrible and made our laptops and phones unusable with hotel WiFi. In this day and age, that’s not good.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional.

The location was ok. Seemed a little shady while we were driving around the area. This is a very kid friendly hotel, which should mean that they should be on the lower floors by the pool, so other people staying should not have to hear wrestling matches, or screaming coming from rooms above them. I love children, but mine are grown and I have done my time! Lol

Check in and check out was a breeze, staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. They didn't have lotion in the toiletries like most hotels do, and we really could have used some! But the shampoo/conditioner provided smelled really nice! The WiFi was always working, and the extra channels on the TV were great! We watched a movie on Showtime which was fun because we don't have that option at home, so it felt like a treat.

The breakfast was okay, there was not many options and the only eggs available were hard boiled. Many people didn't eat them - but the only other thing was cereal or toast so not any options for a hot breakfast. The food was good though, and there were plenty of options for spreads on the bagels/toast and the coffee station was also well stocked and had many options for teas and creamers.

If I stuck with services provided, and a shuttle, I would have stayed the second night that I paid for. Instead I went home and did laundry, and did not make it back. I was too tired.

Knowing about the shuttle before my hike, but the journey was beautiful. As a disabled person, I need to either arrive to my destination speedily, or know that I have many safe places to stop along the way, should I need essentials like water and a bathroom. I got really tired in the heat, without knowing about your shuttle service in advance.

The neighborhood was beautiful, we walked down 30th Street on our way to a fantastic local restaurant. Close to the WWI museum. The staff was also helpful and friendly. Rooms were decent and the breakfast varied every day and was tasty.

The location was very good, but there were limited walkable dining choices. The parking fee is really excessive for the location.

The location was perfect for my work. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were wonderfully helpful. The only problems were 1) that the elevator isn’t air conditioned and when it’s hot out—and it was—that’s uncomfortable; and 2) the keyboard on the computer didn’t work so I couldn’t use the printer. Nonetheless, I’d stay there again.

Very clean and staff are always pleasant, personable and happy to help.

The room layout was a little funky, with the mini fridge and desk being right next to the first of the two beds it made a very narrow passage to access the rest of the room. If anyone was at the desk or accessing the fridge there was no way to get passed.
