Kaylee and I believe the other women's name was chasity the girl checked me in on the fourth both were ecellent on checking me in and helping us and Kaylee helped me in the middle of the night with assistance in getting a folder and paper clips for my court documents great staff on the 4th and the 5th of September. all three staff members for those 2 days I stayed I was in room 116 deserve a bonus for checking in the time stayed and checking out will be checking again soon.

Nothing everything exceptionally nice polite

It was clean, smelled nice, the bed was very comfortable and the facility had everything I needed. Staff was very friendly and the location was good. Not a huge room so if you need more than 2 people, not the place for you but for 1-2 people, VERY NICE AND AND AFFORDABLE!! (WAY better than the Bearcat Inn or the Holiday Inn!!

Could use new wallpaper above the shower in the bathroom, and some lotion would be nice.

While it was supposed to be nonsmoking someone had cheated apparently as our room was very smokey smelling. Bad enough we told the desk staff so that we wouldn't get fined for the smoke smells. AC helped it a bit. We've stayed here a lot and this was the first time we had this. All prior visits were great & clean smelling rooms.

The desk manager Chasity and the room cleaner Tracy were so nice and professional! They helped get us settled and keep the room clean for us! Did a wonderful job and are super friendly people. We will stay here again!

The property was 10 mins away from the college and any shopping or restaurants.

There are only two power sockets for charging. One has to alternate between these two power sockets for refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, mobile & laptop devices or any other electronic devices. So, it is recommended to have at least four power sockets at different locations of the room, in addition to the two for fridge & microwave.

The air conditioner worked and it smelled good in there, and the staff was very helpful

I did not like my sheets had spots on it In the next morning, when I was getting up, a bug started crawling towards me, scared me Praying it wasn’t a bedbug, but when I squished it, it had a lot of blood

I enjoyed the peace and quiet, as well as the room's cleanliness, the staff's friendliness, and the overall restive atmosphere provided by the property's location.

Other patrons caused the marijuana smell in the upstairs corridor despite the posted "no smoking of any kind" signs everywhere. The Empty "place marker channels" on the television service.

I believe that it was a fair value for the price and the amenities, It was located close to where I needed to be and it was away from extra noises or unpleasantries.

It is just fine the way it is; the only thing that may warrant changing is that it sounds like the compressor or freeon is about to go out on the refrigerator, so maybe spring for a new one?

we were there for my daughter’s University SOAR Day. this hotel is conveniently located and a nice price. it was nice to have a little bit of breakfast to start our day.

the mattress in our room probably needs replacing. we both rolled to the middle of the bed because of the breakdown in the center.

We had a nice stay. Room was clean, staff was very nice.

The beds could use an upgrade. I also forgot my pillow and it would’ve been great if someone could have called me to tell me that I had left an item. I was in town all day and could have swung by and picked it up but instead I remembered it when we were about three hours from the hotel.
