Breakfast
Deposit for being a semi local resident. It’s ridiculous, not all people can afford such a high deposit. Not all are criminals wanting to destroy the property, rather just needing a close place to home to stay due to electrical issues. Then I couldn’t even get the deposit back until 5pm bc nobody would check the room until after 8am and I had to be at work. I’m aware all motels in the area do this so hopefully never have to stay again

Nice location. Everything was really nice except the bathroom.
Clean the tub better. There was a very long hair on the bathroom shower wall. Neither my husband or I have long hair. Maybe wipe down bathtub walls. Also, we were not impressed with the super high beds. We are 5’7” and 5’ 9” and still had to climb onto the bed.

Nice facilities with comfortable rooms and bed. Nice breakfast
The shower curtain was too short so water got all over the floor. The sink didn’t want to drain and i found a long black hair in the sink when i arrived.

The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was great too.
I had requested adjoining rooms 2 weeks in advance. They said they could accommodate me in that. When I checked in however, they couldn’t accommodate me in that. It was frustrating.

Breakfast was great. Big room. Extra large towels.
Shower curtain didn't keep water from getting on the floor. Dryer on the wall didn't work. ( there was a portable dryer available). Trash can by the elevator stunk.

It is in a great location for the meeting I was attending. I’ve stayed here several times. It is always clean. The breakfast is really good. The people are friendly.

No soundproofing in walls. We had to listen to a very energetic couple next door. 5 times! Difficult to sleep as the sounds and banging headboard against the wall continued throughout all hours.

It was in a convenient area. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful
The bed was horrible. I found a hair on the bathtub.

The beds were so comfortable, breakfast was outstanding,great coffee.it hooked me on Best Western
The only thing was the beds were a little high, hard for sort legged people to get in bed, but once you were up in the bed it was great

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, and very comfortable.
Somewhat unusual "roads" to get to the hotel. We arrived after dark and were questioning our approach until there it was. Not a big deal, but might be confusing to some.
