The breakfast was excellent and a wonderful variety. The shower was a dream come true. There was no fear of falling in a bath tub. It was large, safe and comfortable. The bed was perfect and as I had a broken rib, it was great to sink into that luxurious bed. The staff was friendly and professional, patient and understanding.

Everything was great. There was no downers.

The pool was amazing for me and my 9YO. Water features, slide, lily pads, water dropping from buckets, and the hot tub worked great. Receptionist was super kind with cookies waiting. Room (king suite - meaning there was a pullout couch) was spacious and clean. Needed a place to stay for the night with an early flight out in the morning and this was great. About 13 minute drive to the airport.

Had to leave at 4.30am to catch a flight, so missed breakfast - but that is our fault, not theirs. Great place and would stay again.

The young lady, September, at the front was a 10 out of 10 in customer service. We were traveling and exhausted. She helped get us checked in with a caring a professional manner. So grateful for her. Everyone was wonderful.

Whether our car and trailer were secure in the parking lot.

Overall a good location. The rooms were nice, the pool was fun and the staff was very helpful and nice.

The bathroom wasn't very clean when we got there and our ac unit was broken and very loud, but the staff took care of both issues asap. The beds were not very comfortable, definitely been used a lot. There was not a lot of parking. And the breakfast was not great.

Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites was a wonderful hotel and plenty of amenities. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean. Recommend to anyone looking for a great nights rest during your travels.

The breakfast was great. It was nice to be given treats for our dog when we checked in. Also nice to have an outside door so we could take our dog out without going down a hallway. Excellent location. Also nice that this place allows for big dogs as not everyone has a small compact dog.

We had a problem with the sink in our room ie clogged and probably should have been caught when room was cleaned. Breakfast was somewhat crowded with two ways to enter so it created some challenges trying to get our food. Patience is recommended. The orange juice must have been running out in the machine as we got some very pale looking stuff almost looked like lemonade.

The staff was very helpful! Breakfast was amazing! Beds are very comfortable, and pillows are the best ever! We need to find the pillows to purchase. I highly recommend this hotel. We unfortunately didn't get a chance to swim in the pool, but it looked so fun!!

This was by far the nicest hotel we have stayed at. The decor is beautiful, the room was larger than most with nice amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful when asked about dining options. The breakfast was very good and typical of most hotels. It was priced comparable to other hotels of this caliber. We chose it because of the reviews and were pleased we did.

Breakfast was great, they were all so kind & loved Pippa (my Frenchie) I had to take my friend to the hospital & it worked out to be a good location!! I dropped her off & went back to the room for a nap! Thats how comfortable it was :-) I'll be back soon to go shopping!!

We stayed overnight on a road trip. We arrived pretty late at night, but there was no problem getting into our room. The room was comfortable with cute rustic theming. Parking was available close to the room, which was great. WiFi worked fine (which is important for us).

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner; there were a few hairs in the shower area which were way too long to be from either of us.
