Breakfast. Location. Cleanliness. Day time staff when checking out. Such a sweet breakfast attendant and lady working at the front. We checked out a little after breakfast ended and they offered muffins to my daughter. Also a man who worked there was chatting with us as we were checking out and he was very pleasant and friendly. Offered my daughter a candy bar :) Such nice people and I would stay again just because of my experience with them.

Parking wasn’t the best. Also, the same girl (red hair, piercings) from two nights prior was working when we checked in and was once again, unpleasant. I’m assuming bc there’s no one there to check her during the night she thinks she can be rude. The contrast between her and the staff in the mornings is insane. Thankfully the staff during the day outshine her bad attitude but she definitely needs to be talked to.

The hotel and our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. They recommended local attractions for us to go see and do. The breakfast was great, and had some gluten-free options for me as well. This hotel is in a great location with restaurants and stores really close by. If you don't feel like going to the grocery store, they do have a nice little sundry shop with reasonable prices. It was also an easy check in and out process too.

The only thing I can think of is that only half of the jets in the spa were working.

Good location and breakfast, quiet, comfy beds. Very reasonable rates. I was spending the night on a long road trip back to Canada, so really all I wanted was a comfy bed and a good night’s sleep. I was also traveling with my pet, so appreciated that they put me in a room close to an outside door, so it was easy for us to get in and out for bio breaks. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway, but also not right on a major road so it is very quiet.

Nothing - I have stayed here before and would stay here again.

The breakfast was in a word 'outstanding' ... lots of choices and excellent quality... probably the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel.

We had a terrible experience with the staff concerning our initial room where the wifi was too weak to maintain connection. The staff initially tried to help but, in the end, couldn't find a solution. We were told they couldn't help us and I could talk to the hotel manager in the morning or LEAVE. Say what??? ... that was shocking coming from hotel staff! In the end we were moved to another room after an hour of unnecessary angst.

Out of 7 hotels we've stayed at during this vacation, this was the best by far. Great staff, very clean facility and room, good sized room decorated nicely. A comfy bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic. Waffles, cheese omelets, bacon, biscuits, sausage gravy, fruit, cereals, oatmeal (not instant), yogurt, breakfast bars and muffins, breads, bagels, great selection of flavored coffee creamers. Easy to find and quiet. Plus it was a great value; one of the less expensive hotels we stayed in this trip. Highly recommend.

No close restaurants within walking distance, but the hotel is so great, it more than makes up for it. An easy chair in the room would have been nice.

The hotel was clean and the room was nice. Quiet was our biggest concern. It was very quiet. Dog friendly. Good property up back parking lot to walk the dog.

I was charged twice for my pet fee. Still waiting for a reply from hotel. The upper back parking lot had poor security with man in the bushes, another ran by us and threw a cup at us and yelled incoherently. Appears to be a drug problem that is not being addressed, area not secured. I was out often to walk our dog. No dog poop bags up in back parking where everyone was taking their dogs out.

We love the friendly staff and proximity of the hotel to restaurants and things to do. The breakfast selection is wonderful!

Our bedding had pet hair on the coverlets/pillows & the AC/heater units were a little faulty. The vending machines, ice machines, and hot tub has been put of order both times we've stayed in the last 6 months as well.

Clean and tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, good selection of breakfast items.

Older and could use a little updating. The drywall in the bathroom was coming apart, and the walls throughout the room were textured drywall, looking tired. Usually rooms are wallpapered, making them look better than drywall, which can get dirty and marked up.

Very friendly staff! They are actually willing to help you and do so with a genuine smile. That alone makes this hotel worth it. It was very nice, very clean, my kids loved the little living room we had.

The only thing I could sincerely complain about is the shower head, it was a little leaky so it made a mess.

We were on the top floor and the view was awesome. The room was clean and everything worked.

It didn't have a pool just a hot tub. If there are cameras on the grounds you might want to review the parking lot on the night we stayed. Someone got a half a tank of gas out of our car and didn't put the gas cap back on right.
