place was being renovated so lobby in a bit of disarray but staff were good, the room was large, clean and very bright with large windows. There were plenty of of plug ins and ports for electronics, Larger fridge and the beds were good.

Not so much about dislikes but the bed frame had large sheet metal surrounds that made funny cymbal like sounds when accidentally kicked. I believe these are being replaced as we speak. Rooms were getting new furniture and a makeover. I actually thought the hotel was great.

The staff were very good. Room was clean and the a.c. was very good, if a little noisy!

The light over our sink was burned out. We reported it on our check out. We could've used one more pillow, but we were lucky to have brought one of our own!! Appears there is major construction going on....the pool was out of service and we would have used it if it were open....

The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. We liked the breakfast being served. The place is not far from the airport. The staffs are nice and approachable. When I asked them if we could checked out late they permitted us. It is affordable and worth the price. Our overall stay there was satisfying. I recommend this hotel.

Renovation currently going on in the building, so the room we had was previously updated and looked nice. Seemed to be sound proofed. Underground parking was great.

The bathroom door stuck badly and you had to pull hard to open it. They weren't able to supply us with room that we booked though they gave us a different room that worked. Only one elevation so sometimes we had to wait a bit for it to come. Fridge had no freezer with it.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay - newly remodeled and friendly environment, great value and location - downtown close to parks and the Missouri river - will stay here again...

still remodeling parts of facility and the common lounge area was unavailable... There were no grab bars in the bath/shower and tub was smooth and slippery... Elevator was a little small for traffic at times...

Underground parking and clean

The breakfast could be way better. I didn’t care for anything in a bagged lunch bag that I got. Didn’t realize that is what they meant. I chose locations based on breakfasts and price combined. The breakfast here will not bring me back to the hotel

Everything was pretty great, friendly staff, great access to downtown Great Falls Montana, rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Room 214 main door stuck when trying to open and tub there drained way to slow.

First room smelled like smoke - we told the staff at the front desk, and they upgraded us to a suite on the fourth floor for free! This room was excellend.

Parking garage seemed to always have people smoking in it. All hours of the day and night. The cigarette smoke hangs and reeks. Peoples, it's 2023 - why is smoking still allowed in public places???

No breakfast , but my stay was nice and the staff was amazing. The TV in the first room didn't work so they moved me to another room and the housekeepers are a great couple girls. I want to thank them both for being so helpful.

The remote control in my room didn't work , so I was stuck watching one channel for 2 days but other then that my stay was great. Thank you Arlow, and Jeff, and all the staff at travlelodge....

Clean rooms, quick prompt check in, great staff!!! Comfortable beds and hot showers!!

Hard location to find if you don't know exactly where it is, could definitely use more signage. Stairs from the garage were slightly sketchy( shakes and creeks) but definitely safe and secure!! Pool &restaurant was closed and there was no breakfast.
