Was clean, easy to find

The staff were great and hotel old but clean and comfortable. When booked we verified they’re hot tub was working, there person we spoke to told us it was being fixed that day so we were told all was good. We were staying for 4 days so wanted this feature! Well at check in I asked about the tub, we were informed “ the health department required the staff to be cpr certificated to open the hot tub and pool”. The clerk informed us this had been done and they were waiting for the OK from the health department. Well of course that did not happen during our stay, so the pool and the hot tub were closed the whole time we were there. We were disappointed! We had called two other hotels and their hot tubs were down so we moved onto this hotel with a working hot tub. All in all was fine!!

Staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful! Loved the cookies when we checked in and having access to hot water to make an evening tea. Good value for the money.

The fan from the heater would blow warm air, which would wake my husband up, with him being too warm. He'd kick off the blankets and of course the ambient temperature would cool down once the heater stopped, and he'd have to pull the blankets back up.

The woman at the front desk was probably the nicest person I've ever encountered at a front desk she was absolutely amazing and made me and my husband who I was there to visit feel very comfortable and right at home! The pool and hot tub area was very clean and relaxing as was the gym and you have great vending machines! Breakfast was excellent and I have to give a shout out to the coolest pancake machine I've ever seen as well lol I I really enjoyed my stay which is why I've already booked you for my next visit!

I don't have a single bad thing to say, it was great!

The staff, to a person, was sincerely pleasant and accommodating. Having stayed in a 5-Star luxury resort in the Pacfic Islands recently, I can honestly say the staff of the Baymont could give pointers to some other hospitaliers. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. In spite of the room being near parked cars and on the ground floor (with guests above us), we spent a nice quiet night. Cookies were available in the evening, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was just fine.

While all was clean, the bathroom could use some updating...or replacement.

Change the menu instead so that the exact same food is served every day. It would be nice to have salsa available for the scrambled eggs also.

There were no drain stoppers in the sink or tub so I could see mold growing in the bathtub drain. The water in the sink was very foul smelling. Wallpaper torn in spots. A general update to the room is needed.

This hotel was a bit "worn" but it was very clean and comfortable! Its the 1st hotel that ive seen, that took care of all types of guests! There was covered outdoor smoking areas for the smokers and an actual nice lawn area for the dog owners ( instead of a field full of weeds). The staff were very pleasant and friendly as all get out!

Nothing could have been better. In this price range you wont find a better hotel.

Hottub was closed in the morning and there were no towels stocked in pool area. Found pool area to be a bit dirty (hair on floor and filthy towel rack). I also found it odd that when we showed up at 8:30pm she said she almost cancelled the room as my card wasn’t working to charge. My card only works with a pin which is why I selected “pay at property on arrival”. Grateful we still had a room when we arrived.

Great breakfast, clean and hot pool and pool open and working.

There's no elevator in this hotel. We arrived a bit later and they did not have the 2 queen bedroom available. My father has knee problems and cannot do stairs. They were able to place us into the king room in the main floor but we had to pay the difference. The pull out bed matress was uncomfortable. The next day we were able to move into the 2 queen bedroom but had to redo the check in after 3pm.

Room was clean, easy to get to, bed was comfortable, close to pool, vending machines, & ice machine, loved it & price was great…good breakfast, we enjoyed our stay, THANK YOU!

TV was very small, windows need replaced, ( Condensation in them ), great to have heat but the room was still almost too warm, I had it set on 66, none of this effected my stay, we will be back…

staff and service are always great, very accommodating

parking can be difficult at times, its just a small lot with only one way in and out, for the most room was clean, but as in almost all hotels there was no cleaning behind the entertainment stand lots of dust and other people's clothes
