Didn't know the room came with a kitchenette, that was unexpected! We would have brought food, but did use it for leftovers from the Conflux brewery right across the street. Liked the separate bedroom/living area. Liked the decor and newness of the hotel as well as the emphasis and videos/info. on the history. Like that there was a pool, even though didn't use it this time. Like having valet service, and access to restaurants/bar on premises. Loved that dogs were allowed, and seeing them in the common areas made us happy.

Number of charging ports and outlets for devices. Need a mirror in the first room (living area) for when someone is in the bedroom and need to use living room to continue getting ready. Also, for the price of the stay, the included breakfast is wonderful, but need alternatives like non-dairy creamers (oatmilk, almond milk), turkey or vegetarian protein (sausage, bacon) for breakfast options (can't eat pork). Need a hot tub! (or if there is one, let it be known. Only saw sign that said "pool" and didn't see one when peeked in that area.

We stayed for two nights in the middle of a two-week vacation. It was the perfect place to recharge, do some laundry, and gear up for the second half of our trip. We had every amenity we needed and the place was spotless clean.

Room looked very clean, however the bathroom floor looked like it needed a deep cleaning. The rest of the unit was very tidy. Modern, however the HVAC was rather noisy.....constant humming/drumming sound that my wife disliked. Closing the bathroom door helped. Overall, a very tasteful hotel.

I self parked my car and parked in the lot as directed. It was very affordable, however I was not told to only park in the “hourly” spots, and received a $20 ticket(which I will contest with the Missoula police). Otherwise, nice place

Super cool apartment-like hotel room. Nicely laid out and furnished. Very impressed. Great rooftop deck with fire pits and bbq....and views!

Could use a little more color (fruits and veggies) in the breakfast food.

I really this hotel. It is an older hotel that has been recently renovated and the renovations are fantastic. When one enters you see the wood and metal accents mixed with brick white washed walls and the dark floors. It looks like Joanna Gaines decorated the place.

The cost of the valet and parking is high and should be included in the price of the hotel.

Terrific hotel. Perfectly located within walking distance to healthy cafes and nearby Main Street. The facilities inside the room were excellent.

Couch soiled and seat was broken. Valet service our car wasn’t locked while parked overnight. our car searched glove box etc We had removed anything of value. Disappointed!!

Friendly staff, location was great and the room was really nice.

lovely accommodations and great location for downtown events and restaurants. excellent breakfast.

the parking was confusing and valet seemed unnecessary since vehicles were parked in a public parking garage across the street.

I was impressed, for some reason all the 4-5 star hotels were booked up, I then go into booking.com & seen the 4 star & rate . I immediately booked the room, when my family & I arrived, we loved it, my husband loved the valet parking service. I give 10 stars to this hotel.

There was nothing I or my family disliked. Everything went above & beyond.
