After the first night of the toilet backing up and unusable and not able to get in touch with anyone at the front desk until 7am, and having to pee in the shower all night, Debbie the day clerk stepped in to help me in the morning. She apologized for all the trouble, moved me to a better room with a view of the mountains and comped me for my first night stay. I was staying for 6 nights. After that, everything was fine and I had a nice stay. The only thing is that the smart TV which had all the streaming services was no good to me because I don't have any of those. And the LG programs kept pausing and buffering constantly. But I was in the park most of the time so it wasn't a real problem.

The toilet, check the plumbing in your room and the tv.

We liked the breakfast and that it was open til 10am, plus 24-hour accessibility to hot and cold drinking water. We liked the pool and hot tub and that they were open til 10pm. We liked how friendly the staff was. The room was spacious and clean. The carpet looked new and clean. There is a sink inside the bathroom, and also one outside the bathroom at a vanity, which is really nice for a family getting ready for bed or for the day. Also, there is plenty of counter space in the bathroom, so I had room to put my travel bag, and I didn't have to worry about my clothes getting wet as I showered. The beds were comfy. The close proximity to Yellowstone and local business was nice, while there was also breathing room and it was a quiet area.

The TV supposedly had some wifi problems, but we always bring a laptop and a cable, so we were able to watch a movie on the TV that way. It wasn't a problem for us.

Ground floor room, clean, breakfast provided, close to airport and shops, friendly helpful staff, swimming pool & spa (I did not use) laundry facilities. Able to leave our bags there for some hours on our last day.

Lots of broken equipment eg washing machine and dryer, and only 2 of each! A lift also broke down, and TV’s not working. Breakfast had no G F choices except instant oatmeal & boiled eggs. No GF bread, or a GF muffin. Everyone else had many choices. The first morning there were apples, oranges, & bananas. The second morning there were only apples! The yoghurt was an excuse for yoghurt. Sweet and low fat.

Quiet, no freeways nearby, large room, big window, hot shower water with good pressure, comfortable beds, breakfast items available from around 6-6:30 to around 9 am or so, no hot food, though lots of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, pre-made waffles, bagels and bread to toast, plus muffins, cereals, etc.

It would be great if the pool hours started by at least 8 am so you can enjoy it early enough to also get on the road by 9 or so (pool/hot tub hours are 9 am to 10 pm). Since we had around 5-6 hours drive, we wanted to leave early enough to still enjoy the daylight at our next stop, so I had no time to enjoy it in the morning when I was more awake and not tired, such as at the end of a long day's drive.

We liked the location which was less than 5min from the Yellowstone west entrance and had decent food restaurants around it. We also liked that they have breakfast and coffee, cornflakes and juice were 24hrs. The reception guy really helped us with one of our Itineraries to Grand Teton as one of the roads collapsed and he suggested a good alternative route. The rooms are bit old but pretty big and had all the essentials provided. They had pool and laundry services too.

Nothing!

The location was good. The bed was comfortable. We were able to get in a nice walk to dinner. They have several restaurant options in the area, and we enjoyed the variety we could pick from. The Outpost restaurant is good for home cooked meals. In the morning, we enjoyed the continental breakfast before heading off to Yellowstone.

I really didn't like that the only pet friendly rooms they had left available were on the second floor. It would have been nice to have it on the first floor since our dog tends to need to go out in the middle of the night.

Breakfast was good, lots of choices .

Person taking care of the breakfast room was not friendly and seemed to be so suspicious as to what guests were doing. I saw her stop what she was doing to follow and carefully take watch in the hallway when a bunch of excited kids went to the pool area one evening . The morning we were packing the car to leave after breakfast, she was outside taking a cigarette break and came up to me to ask what was in and look inside the plastic bix I was carrying. She seemed like the house detective. She was courteous when we spoke. I just found it odd.

Debbie and bart made our experience excellent. They assisted and gave us advice which made a wonderful vacation. We kept extending her stay due to it. I only planed one night, stayed four. I Never find a hotel that was worth the price. Thanks to your front desk staff! Thank you, barb anf debbie for all you do..its like coming home when your far away.

The yellowstone tour guide was sarcastic and plenty of opinions. Seen more on my own than with the guide. Nothing to do with the lodge.

The Continental breakfast was a great treat and a good way to start the day of exploration. The room was clean and comfortable and well outfitted for a longer stay with a refrigerator, microwave and of course, a coffee maker.

Nothing was a problem. The staff were wonderful and courteous, The whole experience was a great one with no complaints at all. I didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting and everything was clean.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Yellowstone Lodge met all of our needs, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I remember not wanting to leave the bed after a long the night before. The bathrooms are clean, and although they don't provide toiletries in the room, you can quickly walk down to the lobby and grab as much as you need. The staff is also cool and welcoming! The location is also one turn off the main street in West Yellowstone. Honestly, location doesn't matter too much if you're in West Yellowstone; it is a small town and you're already going to drive 30+ minutes to get into the park. Nevertheless, being situated close to the McDonald's was nice because it's one of the few places open late (if you want to stay in the park for sunset).

The breakfast is very mid; no hot foods. Expect cold hardboiled eggs, pastries, oatmeal, and fruit. Breakfast isn't a delight, but it'll get calories into your body.
