The room was spacious and the kitchen was nice. We didn't use the kitchen but is nice for someone to have when they need to use it! Front desk gal was very nice when arrived!

Would be nice to have some sort of continental breakfast on way out. Nothing fancy, just something easy. Fruit, muffins, granola bars, yogurt. Quick grab when leaving. Nice to have the 10% off at the local Perkins but if you are in a hurry it isn't going to work.

They had a stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc...so you could just go across the street to Walmart, buy your own groceries, then cook your own meals, if you chose to. Neat clean rooms, excellent service, friendly people and workers. Rhonda was especially delightful and helpful, and appeared to love her job. She had a genuine concern for helping you enjoy your stay.

Bathroom sink area could've been a little wider to place all the essentials, and that's about it.

Reluctant to book online as you never know what you will walk into. This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! HIGHLY Recommend!! Rooms were large and clean with comfy beds and plenty of pillows. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Accommodated a late request for a handicapped accessible room. It was in a good location. On-site parking. Offered a breakfast discount to nearby restaurant. Stayed 2 nights. Would definitely stay again. Will look for this chain when we travel. Thanks so much for a great stay!

The room was super clean, very very comfortable beds, the staff was great, there was a good selection of snacks in the lobby, the room was quiet.

There was a crazy odd traveling smell that I never figured out exactly where it was coming from, it was like from the vents and drains and it wasn't permanent. But it was there when we got there and then completely left after an hour or so, and then came back one more time around 24 hours later for a short time. The smell was horrific but I was so glad it was just temporary.

They let me in early to get ready for my Dad’s funeral , the staff was very good!

The fee for having my dog was way to much, I was told I would get a reduced rate since I was there for a funeral but because I went through booking.com she didn’t know if they could give me that rate but would have the manager call me that Monday. I never received a call.

They thought of everything to make the room comfortable and every convenience possible. Full fridge and freezer and even a bottle opener on the cabinet. It was spotlessly clean. And it’s one of the biggest rooms I’ve been in.

Honestly when I saw the sign and the colors I thought it was tacky looking. But the interior was fantastic.

This was our 4th time staying at the hotel. The rooms are always clean and everything works as it should. The staff is friendly and helpful. Since there is no pool, there are no kids running the hallways and playing in the elevator all night long. A big plus is being pet friendly. The cost of the room is less than other surroundings hotels.

A complimentary breakfast would be good but I know that would add to the costs of the room.

Friendly staff and quick check in. Good food, quiet and clean rooms. Easy to get to location and close to other amenities. Good stay overall

Receptionist did not know how to switch credit card from the pre-booking one to the actual once I arrived. Had to leave it in co-workers card.

Room size is very good. Larger than Hampton and Holiday Inn. Full size fridge and microwave. Large recliner. No kids running up and down the hallway or playing on the elevator. Free daily baked cookies. It's very pet friendly and the room prices are very good compared to the other nearby hotels.

No on site breakfast but you get a 20% discount at the local Perkins restaurant.

Full fridge. Comfortable chair when propped against the wall. Clean.

Recliner was a good idea, but it offered a choice between sitting upright and laying flat. Staff was mentally somewhere else. Maybe not in Hastings.
