The access from the Interstate was convenient except for signage. The parking lot was very appealing and secured with only the exits on the south side. Clean and well kept lawn, parking lot and the image of the building itself. Nice elevator and nice access door on the north side. Room key with the tap was very convenient! Rooms were very clean and nice looking and the microwave, refrigerator and TV were nice as well. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Breakfast nook was nicely laid out and had plenty of seating in the lobby to accommodate us. Staff were friendly and efficient as well.

Can't think of anything except the price was a little higher than I expected.

Front desk staff ladies were truly wonderful, and when the shower handle fell off the shower, Teresa had their maintenance man immediately fix it. Plus, without me asking, she discounted my room for my trouble. Annette kept her word when I booked over the phone and put me in a super-quiet room. The breakfast was the best I have seen at any hotel, with everything prepared just right. There's a lot of reasons why this Days Inn has been the franchise's President's Choice award winner for two years, plus other awards for outstanding service/facilities.

Only complaint was the shower pressure was too hard, and the floor flooded some bc of the super short retaining wall area. Still, that's a small inconvenience for a pleasant, comfortable, very-quiet room.

Super clean property that's wonderful a lot of awards for it's high quality. The staff take great pride in this record and in welcoming guests to this incredibly clean property with large and sparkling clean rooms and bathroom, good parking, great breakfast.

Nothing. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. I had a low impression of days inn and so was concerned initially it may not be so good despite all the highly positive reviews but this property just blew me away. It's exceptional.

Breakfast is always very good. Location is perfect for traveling. Staff at checkin could have been more friendly. Clerk talked down to me like I was an idiot. She must have a problem with elderly people. Very rude actually. Have had much better experiences at this location before. Felt we were an annoyance to her.

We usually always stay here and have stayed here several times over the past 3 years, but staffs attitude is not the same. We always looked forward to staying here, not sure if we will again.

Clean room, comfy bed, great food in walking distance (especially since we hit snow storm n car on a trailer) pleasant staff working breakfast and at check out. Was not planning on a second day stay but due to the storm we had no choice and they accommodated us with no issues.

The person in the room across from us had a broken door and kept going in and out slamming it every few minutes all day and all night. Tried to reach the front desk but no one available which seemed to be the normal practice after trying to reach for other questions .

The room was clean, the staff very friendly, and the breakfast was yummy! The location was just across the road from the convention I was attending so just a short drive. Perfect!

The a/c didn't seem to keep the room very cold but it wasn't terribly hot. The parking was a little iffy. Pickups with trailers were parked across several parking slots. There was a huge lot next door that I thought that they could park at.

I stopped staying at Days Inn in the past 15-20 years because the brand has fallen into a dumpster fire. This hotel is the exception. It was very clean, quiet, and a great location. The room and such were up to date. Everything worked. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My options for a hotel on this trip were limited due to cost and my driving schedule. Though I was at first hesitant to book a Days Inn after avoiding the brand like the plague the past 2 decades, I was very surprised when I checked in. This place is on my repeat list when the need arises.

Not really a negative but the parking lot lights was about 10 feet from our window. So there was more-than-normal amount of light coming in on the edge of the blinds. Due to the fact we were so tired from driving, I fell asleep and it never bothered me. I did appreciate the full-window shades. I wish other hotels would adopt this standard.

The reception staff were very helpful. For some as yet unknown reason, my reservation had failed to show up on the hotel computer even though I'd received a confirmation email. However, the reception staff checked us in and advised us to call Booking.com to resolve the problem. Following their advice the situation was easily fixed. The room was big, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was nothing to get excited about.

Breakfast was fabulous, especially the scrambled eggs & pancakes. It was great that we could get all of our breakfast needs in the facility and didn't have to go out searching for a good breakfast. It was clean and well stocked.

We had reserved a handicap accessible room, however the young lady who assigned us to a room did not place us in a handicap accessible room. Then the second night she assigned our room to another guest. I don't know how she could assign a room (which we had checked in for a 6 night stay) to another guest.

Room, location, staff, breakfast. Cleanliness of room and facilities. Location from I-80, fuel, and to restaurants was great. Easy in easy out. Normally, skip the workout rooms, spas, pool, and breakfast. But we tried breakfast. All was good, especially the make your own pancake machine. I've never seen one of these, but I think kids would really be fascinated. I was lol

4th floor and the long hallway walk to the room, but hey, the walk did me good. It's hard to find a dislike
