Breakfast was your typical items I appreciated they had a bag to go. We were at a basketball tournament in in a hurry to get out so we could grab a few things to take with us for breakfast.

When we went into our room, there were cobwebs in two corners on the ceiling one was pretty thick and long. I reported it to the front desk and they took care of it immediately. My group group was very disappointed that there was no Jacuzzi as had been advertised when we booked the pool was nice the kids I had in my group had fun swimming, however my whole group was disappointed that there was no Jacuzzi available to us. They should update the picture on their website and take that off of their advertisement.

We always stay here when visiting family. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff and great breakfast options that come with the stay.

The rooms were a little worn with paint chips. I could hear my neighbors talking late into the night. The room walls are a bit thin.

I was super impressed with the size of the room it was really big. The staff was pleasant. The location was great. Also was able to do my laundry there which was a plus.

Breakfast was ok but a bit skimpy

Coffee maker not working. Broken lamp at bedside, furniture scratched and marred. Breakfast ok, but not great.

This hotel was so awesome. We had booked a stay at another hotel for our quick trip to Omaha and it turned into a huge ordeal. We left the other hotel and came here and they were super nice, fast and efficient. Thank you for saving out New Year's Eve and my hubby's birthday!

The Holiday Inn in West Omaha was clean, comfortable, and very quiet! We slept well. The free breakfast was the standard fare.

We were pleased with everything.

It was clean and shiny.

The bathroom looked to have had repeated water leaks and damage. It was impossible to take a shower without water going everywhere.

Excellent staff and clean.

My room needed minor repairs. I was prepared to tell staff when I checked out but no one asked how my stay was.
