Nice amenities. Clean. Helpful staff

Signage to get from the parking garage to the elevators to get to our room was lacking. Turned out fine but we wandered for a bit until someone offered us help.

The room was beautiful and so was the lake view. The room had a balcony that faced the backside of the lake. My disappointment was that the refrigerator was not working, so my leftover lunch was ruined. And I walked to the Spa, to book a massage and the spa receptionist informed me the spa was under renovations. I would've like have known before booking that the spa was not available for services. However, the mgr and staff was pleasant and accommodating, and sent someone to replace the refrigerator immediately and gave me a voucher for brunch. I really appreciated the resolve. The hotel grounds and atmosphere was absolutely beautiful!

There was a large gathering of girls' dance teams or something similar. They were having some type of competition. Sometimes they were loud which was not the fault of the hotel at all. Seeing little girls in full make-up and costumes, though, I thought was creepy.

Beautiful setting, a British car show was taking place during our arrival, which I personally loved.

The initial contact with the front desk was less than perfect. She said she had no rooms available yet, took our number, and then we watched two couples check in under the same circumstance-both of whom got rooms immediately, while we were never called.

Great location. Not far from Las Vegas or the airport but peaceful and away from all the bustle. Lots of options for local restaurants given the small village on site too. Staff all friendly and helpful. Lovely spa and pool, and good sized room. Food at the hotel bar really lovely.

The hotel is huge. It’s very easy to get lost when on site and the directions to different places could be a bit better.

I did get a room that had a lakeside view, and it was a nice quite space that I got to enjoy. The staff was very friendly and helpful with every interaction that I had.

I asked for a lakeside view and was expecting to get the eastern part of Lake las Vegas from my room. Instead, I got the west end, which was a little more disappointing but still technically a lakeside view. Also the walk to the room from the parking garage was almost 10 minutes with how far it was. Even from the lobby, it was still a significant distance to travel with luggage. There should be a preference to which side of the lake you want to see.

Unfortunately, days 5,6,7 of our 8 day stay, the facility experienced the failure of the air conditioning system. Vegas temp 110. Not a good thing to lose AC!

paid extra for a Lake View room n when I open the Drapes I see the top of a white tent .. partial lake view off to the right and partial pool view off to the left …. very disappointed

Loved the location and the style of the hotel. Looks high end.

Maintenance is definitely in need. Our room air conditioner didn’t work ( filter from 2000) was so dirty and nasty. They replaced and then seemed to work better. The hotel definitely needs microwaves in the rooms.

The resort is beautiful (it used to be a Ritz) and the rooms are great, but be aware you will not be in Las Vegas. You will be about 30 - 40 minutes away from the Strip. This is also not a casino. So if that is all okay with you, then definitely book a stay here! Take long walks around the lake and walk to the little village of restaurants, ice cream shops, delis, beauty salons, and even a little grocery store with good coffee and prepared meals. The entire resort can be very romantic or very family-friendly, however you choose to make it.

We didn't have any complaints whatsoever.
