Location was far from the airport. Front desk reception staff was professional, friendly, and answered all questions well. Breakfast items were hearty, nicely varied and of good quality. The cucumber-infused ice water dispenser at front reception was nice, especially for filling our water bottles! Room was clean. A very satisfactory overnight stay; would easily recommend.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

The breakfast was okay. My husband loved the biscuits and gravy…but the second morning they ran out of biscuits. Rooms were clean. Social hour in the evening was nice…snacks and wine provided.

We were told we had an assigned reserved parking spot, which was nice because I was traveling with my 95 year old father and the spot was right outside our room. Except someone else parked there. And we had to park some distance away. The desk clerk offered to help, but I honestly thought that car would move. But they didn’t.

The hotel was completely booked out, and the staff there, went out of their way to clean a room for me to stay in. I had been driving 12 hours and was exhausted. I don't think I could've made it another mile.

That booking.com let me check into 2 different hotel that were BOTH fully booked out with no vacancies

It was a good location to start driving to Hoover damm and Grand Canyon. If you are not interested for Casinos and the Strip than there is no reason for a central hotel and suffer in the traffic jam. There are 3-4 places within 200 m to eat that is important if outside is 100 F (38 C). I dont like air condition so switched off in the evening. It was a surprise the room was cool enough even next morning. I guess the neighburing cool rooms helped me. Breakfest is as usual nothing special. There is an outside pool with cooling system, you can enjoy it evenings. In the Lobby you can fill your glass all day with cool lemon water.

friendly and helpful staff, comfortabvle beds, convenient location, restrauants are walking distance and open late if you need a quick bite, shops are close by proximity if you like shopping, the mall is 10 minute walk.

While I waited at the front desk for check-in the cold Lemon water was so refreshing!!! Having a private entrance from my car was unexpected and convenient.. I do not remember having that luxury since motel experiences in the 1900's!!! Breakfast was hot and fresh!!! Evening cookies and popcorn made my day!!! Thanks for the extra perks!!!

*Note- It is about a 30 minute drive from the strip They share a pool with the next door hotel and it pretty empty most of the day they also have a mini market if you need any supplies. Breakfast was easy to get to and if there is not seating you are welcome to take it back to your room. I liked that they had non dairy milk as I am lactose, and the staff were friendly and kinds especially when we let them now that there were items missing such as plates, and cream cheese.

The breakfast is good but limited. Maybe offering a different variety, regarding the main breakfast options. There seem to be a lot of things missing but was quickly fixed when asked for help.

we have our poodle with us. I love have the outside door so he can take her out easily when necessary. the staff is EXCELLENT! The room is nice size and the beds are very comfortable. The room is clean. Excellent value for the price. we will stay here and other HIE when we can.

the tub faucet is stuck between shower and faucet. The sink drained VERY slowly until I figured out the stopper was screwed too low. Room 107.

The room was very clean and had an option to choose a drive by which gave us our own parking right outside our room. The staff were very courteous and warm and the facilities in the hotel were clean.

It was okay. The room was comfortable and clean but those are minimum standards. It is a very cookie cutter hotel, but it is a good cookie. There were no negative surprises. The staff saved us drive time compared to Google. We needed a WalMart and the new, and huge one was 13 miles closer than where Google wanted to send us.
