Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Good hot water. Carpet looked decently clean. I was attending a carpet cleaning tradeshow at Caesar's Forum which is why I look at the carpets. Easy walking distance to the event. The street next to LINQ had lots of good shops and excellent eating. Ate at Virgil's, yumm!

The shampoo dispenser was empty and they could use a better body wash. The TV was acting slow, ie press the button to scroll the tv guide and it took 5 or more secs before it would move. Weird. The in-room safe wasn't functioning properly, couldn't reset it and lock it. All minor issues. Vegas IS expensive, no longer a cheap place to go. Resort fee was as much as the room, so doubled the cost. $7 for a coffee! My event wanted $17 for a beer, $26 for a glass of wine!! $6.50 for water from the convenience store.

Friday night / early Saturday morning (21 June 24) Approximately 0320 hrs on or near the 18th floor there was an argument of some sort that resulted in at least one gun shot. Really scared my companion to where she could sleep the rest of the night. Also, I know this every hotel and resort, but hidden fees, taxes daily resort fee and the security deposit fees. Why not just advertise what it costs nightly. The rate of what it costs would be more welcome than a low price with hidden or nightly taxes or fees.

I was told by Booking.com that I would have to pay just over $300 at the property. When I got there an over $850 hold was put on my card. Then at checkout even though there were no additional charges to my room I was charged $550. Not saying it wasn't worth the money. Just don't say the amount if it is more later.

Very convenient location. Good location for the price. Good access to Linq promenade and lots of things to do nearby.

Not as cheap as you might expect once you add the resort fee (as expensive as other resorts despite the mediocre pool and facilities). Housekeeping service was very basic and the housekeepers were incredibly noisy when moving down the corridors. Loads of banging/crashing which almost seemed deliberate. Pool is poor. Very very busy with barely any room to move. Uncomfortable sunloungers.

Stayed here with a total of 6 of us in two rooms. We asked if they had adjoining rooms and they did. They helped us get two joining rooms at check-in which went pretty smoothly. Great location. Easy to get around. Went to the Sphere for Phish, it was epic and totally worth it.,

The pool had some horrible music and was rather crowded. It's not really a pool, it's a hang out area that happens to have a few feet of water in it.

I liked the location in proximity to the Promenade. Hash House a Go Go is amazing. Also had the Carnivale tent below our window and it had a good vibe with music playing late in nite.

I didnt like that the room wasnt clean when checking in. There was black chunks in the sink, toilet had hair on the seat...yuck, and on the floor beside the toilet there was some type of reddish stains that clearly showed they did not wash the floor in there...also yuck. I was also not happy that i paid extra money for Strip View and we were not close enough to the strip to have what I would consider Strip View. As well the outside of window was so filthy it was hard to see anything. Also it was very disappointing that none of the shops in the hotel lobby area were open 24/7? Its Vegas we expected to be able to grab waters and snacks at the hotel when we got back from a show and exploring but nothing was open! That was very frustrating.

Our room did not get cleaned on the second day and we did not receive clean towels. We left in the morning and never got back to the room until evening and we came back to the room, not clean. We had to use the same dirty towels the next day.

Pricey. Why charge resort fees when we didn’t use any facilities (like the pool). Why not a key card (or something else) for people using those facilities. Also parking expensive. Why more on the weekends when room rates are already higher then. One flat fee would be fairer.

Location was great. Room was decent but nothing special.

Check in was only a kiosk. I had hoped to be able to talk to someone as it was my daughter’s 21st birthday and had hoped to upgrade but didn’t have an opportunity to ask anyone so we just stayed with what we had. Our shower drain didn’t drain fast so we stood in a bunch of water while showering.

The Hotel is located in the middle of everything. excellent location. I loved that the Monorail was located inside the hotel, which made a big difference, so I was able to pay the daily ticket and go to all the big casinos without paying for Uber/ Lift.
