Clean room, lots of lighting. The fridge and microwave worked very well. We didn't use the surface stove. The bed was quite comfortable. We were on the highway side so it was a bit noisy, but it didn't bother us. The hotel is conveniently situated.
The baggage cart. It's ok for a few items but we have a lot of stuff so we needed several trips.

The convenience of location near facilities to get food or eat out.
1st room multiple issues, 1-door lock did not work, 2-the night stand lamp did not work, 3- the TV would not allow to watch any shows. But we did get to move to another room where everything worked as it should.

Great price every staff member was friendly which makes the stay much better
The chairs that are in the rooms the ones that I did see they're all ripped I would take them out and either put a wooden chair or something like that and at this particular location you cannot go out front at dusk they were insects that were so large nobody could identify it what they were

Had a great experience with staff on site. She was patient and happily helped us with everything we needed.
There were around 10-20 beetles on the ceiling in the room we were given initially. We were told it happens in colder weather. We were not comfortable with it and asked for a room change.

There were no gluten free choices or decaf coffee for me. We brought our own breakfast food.

The placement of the smoke detectors to the stove every time you cook the alarm would go off.

Security, kitchen in rooms, tub and shower.
No breakfast, unsturdy bed frames, bad TV no streaming options, bad wifi, no pool, not many sanitary products.
