Breakfast selection and presentation was excellent. Loved the "Take-out" bag for taking a few things for the road. Very nice added touch.

We got there late in the day and your 2 closest parking areas were full. It would be nice if there I knew (or not) to one/two of the parking areas in front of your hotel (maybe these are not available for use?). If they are available, consider providing a stair way up to the entrance.

Great value. All of the staff is very friendly including the front desk . Easy check in and check out. Our room and the entire facility is immaculate. Excellent breakfast. Surprisingly good, so many different choices. Food was always fresh and constantly being refilled by the staff. I always stay at the Holiday Inn in Merrimack NH, and never look any place else. I would recommend it to anyone.

Sean at the front desk was awesome! When I told him I was staying there because I was getting divorced and needed to not be at my house he went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe. He asked me if there was a car or person he should be looking out for. Then I got the baggage cart stuck in the door and he was very helpful getting it back out for me. I have stayed in many hotels throughout this ordeal and Sean has stood out from all the rest of the fromt desk personnel that I have encountered

Location was right off the highway and easy to get to. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great!

There's nothing I can really think of. Honestly I was not in the room long as I booked it mainly to come back from my event to sleep. I would stay here again with no arguments

There was lots of good parking and the staff was really friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great and plentiful. The cleaning and maintenance staff really seemed to keep the place inviting and running well. Great location - close to Nashua and all it has to offer and the Merrimack outlet shopping! I would definitely stay here again!

Great little hotel...we only needed it for a night but we wouldn't hesitate to book for a longer stay...rooms were excellent...it has a pool and pool area which were great...staff were awesome!

Our room was next to the "kitchen" room which was a little noisy early olin the morning...but the breakfast was really good! :-)

Breakfast was wonderful and so was the service. Rooms were immaculate and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Holiday Inn Express.

A small microwave would have been helpful.

We stayed 2 nights and I put towels out as requested and asked housemaid if she could just make the beds. She said she couldn’t unless we we’re staying 5 days! I asked at front desk and they said no too! It’s a Hotel people !! For the price we paid I want the bed made. I was asked several times what can we do, how’s the room ect. When I actually asked to have bed made ….it was NO. It’s a hotel make the bed ! Ann H.

The bed was very comfortable. Location was picture not too close or too far from areas. Having soft and firm pillows was nice.

Bed from was very squeaky in room 236. If you rolled over it was loud. Also the wifi was very off and on. At some points I had to turn it off because it was unusable .

Front desk staff very accommodating to needs and inviting, which is refreshing. Pool always clean. Breakfast always consistent.
