We had a perfect stay with our family and dog. The room was great and seemed rather new. The floors are wood and ideal for pets. The mirror in the bathroom had bluetooth capability, which was neat. The shades were better than most curtains. The swimming pool was fine a little cool and gym was adequate. There was an easy access side entrance where our dog could easily go potty in the back corner woods behind the hotel. Our dog was welcomed by all the staff.

We had difficulty with the TV/remote and getting many channels to work. A shower at the pool and a hot tub would have been ideal. The second floor seemed to have an above average temperature and the rug did have a few instances of pet stains.

The location was perfect. The staff were so, so polite and friendly, especially Teresa that worked in the restaurant. She could’nt have been any more accomating. I felt we left the Hotel like we were best of friends. I was veryimpressedhowclean everything was. The coffee was so good and free of charge. I loved the bathroom. Everything was so modern. I joined the choice program, and will tell all my friends about your Hotel.i

The only thing was when we used the elevator, it was very cold.

Really liked the location which is central to everything in town right in the shopping mall strip but also close enough to Story Land for the kids as well as the indoor water park (3 min drive) down the road. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! Also really liked the fitness gym on site as well as the indoor pool!

Would have liked to have an ATM machine on site instead of driving down to a bank down the road.

This looks like a new hotel! Modern room with a good bed, large flatscreen TV, excellent bathroom and very clean. The bathroom mirror has built-in speakers with bluetooth function, amazing! You can connect your smartphone and listen to your own music. The lady at the front desk was very professional and friendly! Very good breakfast. Competitive price for what they offer.

Everyone was super kind and helpful and ready to open the hotel! Staying at a brand new hotel and being the first to ever stay in the room really added to the experience. Would go again.

I guess costs have really gone up in the area, or me and my partner are used to staying at cheaper hotels. Maybe it will get less expensive as the fill up

Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable, people at the main desk very nice

Asked for my room to be serviced. More towels and facecloths and they never came. Also bed does not get made unless its after 3 days

Pristine, well appointed, modern. Staff was very proud of the hotel, welcoming, and ready to be of assistance. I loved that the floors were not carpeted.

Pillows -- need a variety. I like flatter pillows and these were practically a foot high. The location is meh. Not a bad spot but it looks far more sterile than it actually is.

A modern hotel, the reception staff welcomes you with a smile, everything is orderly and efficient, clean, excellent service, a beautiful hotel, a pool and a location in the heart of all the shopping and food, an excellent location for going on all trips in the area Highly recommend

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, facilities were very clea the room was very comfortable and relaxing.

Restaurant just needs a little more staff for cooking and serving to make things a bit more timely but the breakfast meals we ate there very really good.

The property was new and modern, very clean, and bed was super comfortable. It was along a very good location, very close to the outlets, market basket, and restaurants. Only a 4-5 mins drive to the Maine stripe of store with Zeb’s and 50 mins from Mt Washington.
