It was walking distance to nice stores and restaurants on the water. The rooms were really nice with all utensils, dishwasher full-size fridge and electric stove. Pet friendly, very clean rooms and helpful friendly staff

Valet parking was $40 per night, and street metered parking was 9 am to 8 pm hours 1-3 $2 per hour, and 4+ hours $5 per hour. After 8 pm, it was free but almost impossible to find a spot

Beautiful hotel right in the center of downtown near shopping. We had a one bedroom king suite which was more like an efficiency apartment. Totally worth it for the extra $20. The free breakfast was good. I like that the indoor pool opened at 6am. Very close to restaurants and pubs. The burger next to the hotel was great. Good martinis.

The only thing I didn't like were the pillows. Very soft and flat. Hard to get comfortable with them. The bed itself was fine. Our room was next to laundry room so we heard the humming of the dryers.

The staff was quick to answer, friendly, and very helpful. Our room was great and very spacious traveling with our 2 month old baby. It was in a great location and walking distance to everything.

Nothing to do with the hotel, only that parking either in the street or garages can be expensive every day.

price is awful high and bar not being open was disappointing also said alcohol and wine would be available at front desk well it wasn’t but nbd both hotels near each had one also in bathroom some dummy before us apparently spilled fingernail polish all over vanity I cleaned it up

The location is perfect and close to all the local restraunts and bars. Everything is walking distants. Everyone at the front desk is kind and always smiling.

The only issue is that the elevator call button was broken so you had to call down to the front desk to have someone send it up. But that was usually a quick progress.

Beautiful hotel, receptionist excellent, valet parking convenient, rooms big, spotless, bed comfy. We like rooms with separate kitchenette/sitting room. So convenient when socializing. Also great sitting areas. Wish bar was open! Overall love this hotel, will stay here again, and have in past

Breakfast was awful, nothing fresh just microwaved prepacked breakfast sandwiches kept warm in a steam hot tray, soggy and tasteless . We had just come from a Residence Inn in Boston which had set a high standard.

Parking charges were too much .40$ a night.

Awesome location, great 1 bdrm space and kitchen. Responsive housekeeping. Nice facility.

Living room needed dusting and vacuum in surprised not as clean as I would have hoped especially since rest of the room was fine.

Continental breakfast in the lobby; had oatmeal, yogurt, toppings for yogurt or oatmeal, cereal, some breakfast muffins with eggs, sausage and cheese; and some fruit——decent selection.

Check-in time at 4 is very late, and checkout time at 11 is average—-but hotel had no flexibility for early or late checkout. Also, the only parking option was valet—-which is not as flexible as self park.

Loved the facilities as this was our first time. Absolutely loved that. It was so centralized to everything around us so that we could walk and not drive. We just fell in love with the entire Portsmouth Area!
