The staff was friendly but professional. The breakfast was good. The shower was exceptional.

Our room (301) was amazing. We have stayed in your facility more times than I can remember and this was the first time we walked into our room and was super pleasantly surprised. Usually our room in smaller, more compact, this room was very spacious and I loved the setup.

The placement of the tv was awkward but luckily we weren't going to be even turning it on due to our personal schedule. I still commented to my husband that watching it from either the bed or the couch would be difficult.

I was put in a room with a very loud patron right next door It was a Sunday afternoon check-in . I was put on the top floor, which was great. The issue was due to lower patron numbers it would have been nice ìf staff would have placed each person in separate rooms so no one was right next to each other. I do realize that when the hotel is fully booked, this isn't possible. However, that was not at all the case.

There wasn’t much not to like, it was great! Coffee in the lobby, bed was comfy, good breakfast options, friendly staff. Not every hotel meets expectations like this one did. Great job, we were happy.

Needed handicapped parking for my family member but all the spots were taken. Also would have liked to have had more bath items like a shower cap or cotton balls.

I booked through Booking.com.And there was no refund available for cancelation even though I booked many weeks ahead. Have never had this experience with a Hampton or any other major hotel. It was explained that if I had booked directly with Hampton a refund would have been allowed for a reasonable cancellation time. Should not have made a difference how it was booked.

Breakfast was terrific! We loved the waffle station and hot options like eggs and sausage daily. Coffee bar was fantastic as it had the flavored cream I like - I don't have coffee without it usually, so I was excited. The option for hot chocolate was also welcome by my kids. My boys loved that they could have yogurt and bananas as this is one of the things they often have at home for breakfast.

Our key cards kept failing. We had to redo them 3 times even though we were keeping them in separate pockets from everything after we learned our phones could de activate them.

The room we got was huge compared to usual. The beds are very comfortable. It was perfect with the kids. The staff is always super nice. There's always coffee or hot water for tea at any time of day and night in the lobby. The breakfast staff is awesome. It was a great stay!

The only thing we didn't appreciate this time around was the view from our room. We were right behind the hotel name/sign so we couldn't see anything. We were there for new years and was kinda hoping we would be able to see fireworks from our hotel window. Even if there were some, we really couldn't see anything. But, I guess that's why our room was so big! 😅

A week after I booked our room, I went back in and found 2 more rooms available for significantly less money. I wish I had waited as we had just stayed in the same hotel on the 3rd floor 6 days earlier for way less money.

I have yet to have one of the "famous" cookies I keep hearing about as it seems they are never available when we walk in. 😢

The beds and pillows are ALWAYS super comfortable. The bath towels are very soft and fluffy. I was very pleased to see there were plenty of towels, washcloths and handtowels in the room. The previous place we stayed a few weeks ago had just the bare minimum available in the room. Loved that they added a small bottle of mouthwash to the supplies, shampoo, conditioner and soap. The room was very clean, no crazy lingering scents. Already have another booking set up at this hotel for August. Looking forward to our stay.

I really wish there had been whipped cream and fresh berries available for the make-your-own waffles as I'm not a big fan of syrup on my waffles. Also, I heard others talking about these incredible cookies they had the night before but we knew nothing about them or where/when to get some. These are just small items to nitpick about which should tell people, this is a great place to stay.

Location was good, room was very clean and roomy, and staff was very nice. It is nice that breakfast is included with the room, although, I did not eat there. I love the fact that coffee is available at just about any time of the day.

The heating/cooling system is extremely loud, interfering with my ability to sleep. Also, the pillows were very uncomfortable and flat. Lastly, the fact that the curtains are not blackout curtains (the panels in the middle make it so you cannot achieve total darkness), made it difficult for me to sleep. Overall, my sleep was affected by many factors, and I did not get a good night of rest.
