Atrium Inn & Suites was in a great location for the wedding we were going to. It was a great price and staff was very friendly. They were super accommodating and check-in was easy. Though the rooms were not as updated as other places, they were very clean. The beds were very comfortable and had clean sheets, blankets, pillows. Water pressure and temperature for the shower was perfect and the towels were fresh and clean.

Rooms were not updated but everything worked well including the TV, heating/cooling, plumbing fixtures and lighting. I wish the curtains were two layers, black out curtains and sheer curtains, so you can have some privacy while letting natural light in.

It was close to an event we had to attend. The room was clean and check in was easy. We requested a non-smoking room and the room was free of any odor.

Our toilet clogged on day of check out. We had to go to a memorial service that morning. The front desk said the plumber could not come until 9, but the told me where to find a plunger down by the office. It would have been convenient to have that right in the bathroom. Another lamp on the second nightstand would have been nice.

It was clean and met our needs.

The heating system was too loud! It would’ve been OK if it was a steady hum. But it kept going off and on to keep the temperature adjusted, however, when it came back on to keep the temperature, it was so loud that it really disrupted my sleep. Most often when I stay somewhere, the system doesn’t come on loud, it’s much quieter and I don’t get jolted out of my sleep. This was very disruptive and would keep me from staying here again.

Spotless clean rooms. Very well Lit outside for a early AM airport departure . The manager/ owner was so accommodating and courteous . Gave me directions to the airport & great recommendations for restaurants close by. I felt very safe and secure

Room decor a little dated but didn’t really matter too much to me because my bed linens were very clean and the bed was very comfortable

The location, price and very clean. The owner who checked me it, I loved his attitude and compassion. I was lost and he guided my to the hôtel. He called to check on me and that was the best. I have never had a hôtel do that. I stayed in Niagara Falls, N.Y. the week before. The hôtel was no comparaison. Quality Inn. I loved the carpet.

I was looking to avoid the Memorial Day crowds and I couldn’t have found a better place. Super clean and the couple running the establishment are very friendly and accommodating! Bed was only slightly too firm for me but everything was peaceful clean and nice!

The mattress was a bit too firm for me.

It was clean and quiet. I had an actual tv, which I used to catch up with news of the day, rather than those streaming services that a lot of places now have.

I did have time for much exploration. I arrived after sunset mainly to sleep for a morning flight from the nearby airport.

when I booked this room there was only a Smoking room, but when i got to the property, they offered me a Nonsmoking Room. Staff was nice.

Our last night here, We were surrounded by kids running back and forth in the rooms next to us. It started around 8Pm and didn’t end until about 10pm.

Quiet area /clean if you just needing a place to lay your head it's fine

It's just a motel with outside doors... it's not near any food and there's no snacks or anything there so plan accordingly
