The room had mostly what I needed. Checking in was a breeze as well as checking out. There wasn't a breakfast bar but they did have some coffee available every morning, however I don't drink coffee so I didn't utilize that service.

What I didn't like was that a few times I could hear children running up and down the hallway. Not in a manner of going to / from the room to elevator but in the way of playing tag. When I would pop into the hallway to see what's going on the parent(s) of the children were there watching them play. That's really the only thing I didn't like.

Had to wait for an hour at the Airport shuttle pickup. Apparently it was in the middle of a shift change. Hard to call the packaged muffins (which were surprisingly good), snack bars and envelopes of oatmeal a breakfast. One of the reasons I picked the hotel was because of the Free Breakfast banner on it at your website.

Mark on reception was excellent my daughter came to stay for 2 night as it was an urgent stay while waiting for a flight back to the uk mark went out of his way to make sure she she was safe and felt safe out of is own money he got her a bottle of water and some treats as she was very upset also your Wi-Fi wasn't working and he let her hot spot her phone to his so she could call home and let us know she was safe there are not may nice people in this world but mark was one of those nice people and i want to thank him from an extremely worried parent he made the whole experience alot less worrying

not impressed by the breakfast

Room was clean. Bedding smelt fresh. I always check between the mattress and headboard to see if there is a bunch of hair or anything that would suggest the room wasn’t clean.

Beds need to be replaced. Four pillows instead of 3 would be nice. Lighting in the halls was so dark it made it feel dingy.

Location close to the airport and a few meters from a large mall. The reception staff are very polite and always available to help with anything we ask for. The employee who drives the shuttle in the afternoon; evening.

The furniture is decadent, the bathroom needs to be completely renovated.

I enjoyed the privacy and cleanliness of the room booked and the property itself was pretty quiet despite proximity to the shipping companies nearby.

Was unaware that even though i could book the room being 18+ there was difficulty checking in as the hotel had its own separate policy of 21+ to check in, which was not clarified when i made the booking.

I liked how chill it was and quiet and comfortable. I wish breakfast had a little more but it was all good . Staff was very friendly and helpful and even got me coffee after they put it away.

bathroom sink was dripping always and water pressure was bad. I wish there were coffee makers in room.

We made a few special requests which were honored quickly and easily. Shuttle was readily available when we needed to return to the airport. 10 min. walk to a huge mall where you can catch a NJ Transit bus that gets you to NYC Port Authority in a half hour!

Inexpensive , great staff, location perfect Charles the shuttle guy ran into the airport afyer I left my phone. He saved my everything . Ill contact u to see how to get him some cash from me. I didnt have any on hand

Only the location, I didn’t have to drive far to my business event

The fifty dirty rooms. I changed rooms and my room was still dirty. So I just cleaned it myself. Great thing I do travel with cleaning supplies, which I shouldn’t have to but most places are just nasty.
