The property was close to every place I needed to visit. Also I love they have a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

Parking lot is kind of dark.

The breakfast was okay but I think more options in the menu will not be a bad idea. The choices are limited.Vegetables can be added to the meal to complement the existing menu.

I suggest hot water kettle should be provided in the room as an option for those who do not drink coffee. Going to the lobby in the night for hot water can be discouraging.

The price was waaaay too high. Yes, inflation, I know, but you've got to be kidding me. Wasn't even in that room for 12 hours. They're making a killing.... still, they were doing everything right so I can't complain about the service at all.

The bed was very comfortable and room and bathroom were clean. Shuttle driver was very friendly. We were there less than 6 hours but stay was nice. Check in process went smooth and quick since we reserved and paid online

It's right by Newark. You can walk from the train station through Elizabeth or get an Uber, and be there in 20 minutes or less after taking the train from NYC. Shuttle in the morning to Newark was on time and fast, and the driver was amusing. It's a hike from the dropoff to the air train, but that's how it is for every single Newark hotel shuttle. So if you don't want to walk, take an Uber.

The vending machine sells almost real food and there's a microwave in every room, so the hallway smelled like a college dorm. Everyone was nuking bad burritos and microwave popcorn. It was a potpourri of smells.

I booked the Holiday Inn Express at the last minute, because my flight home was cancelled until the following day. I don't usually associate the words "Holiday Inn" with a quality product, but in this case, the hotel exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The staff was very friendly, my room was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, modern, cozy. Probably new or very expertly renovated. The airport shuttle ran 24 hours, and was always on time.

Breakfast could have been nice. In addition to the usual continental breakfast, there were eggs, bacon, potatoes and sausages. The only problem with breakfast was that the staff didn't seem at all concerned with opening up on time (6 AM) I prefer to be relaxed about time too, but if you work at an airport hotel where people need to catch their flights, you should be aware of the timing. Breakfast opening 10 minutes late meant the difference, to me, between having a pleasant sit-down meal, and having to grab a handful of food in a napkin to eat on the shuttle on the way to the airport. It was the only flaw in an otherwise great stay. Sadly, it's my last memory of the hotel.

Very welcome, in the staff was awesome! Every half hour shuttles to the airport very convenient! The room was large comfortable bed large bathroom a place for everything extremely clean and very quiet I never heard an airplane! The next morning the breakfast was exceptional eggs bacon sausage potatoes pancakes oatmeal fruit yogurt anything you could want and I do have to give a shout out to those cinnamon rolls! Best I've ever had! Easy check in easy check out very impressed!
