The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. I had a good night's rest every night. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. I asked for a microwave to be placed in my room and they were able to honor my request.

The doors that you enter through to the rooms need door closers installed on them to control how the door closes because they slam shut and shake the entire floor. The sound is extremely loud. Every time guests and/or children leave and enter the rooms you can hear the boom and rattling sound.

Breakfast was decent. The room was ok too, we love that there was a microwave in the room.

We can hear people outside of our room when they pass by so we think the rooms aren't that sound proof. We also asked for extra towels but it never came so we just went to the reception to ask again.

friendly staff close to immigration office they had a list of good restaurants they recommend with addresses which I was very happy about. they let us stay for late checkout the rooms were clean ( except that rust in the shower)

room didn’t have a lot of place to store suitcases , there was rust in the towel rack in the shower. breakfast was very poor and I don’t like the use of disposable plates etc.

I like that it was close to markets and places to go shopping at. I like that it was easy to find and had enough parking. Everything was clean in the lobby and staff were very friendly. Our room was big and spacious and fit three small kids and three adults very easily. My kids were obsessed with the room and wanted to stay instead of going to the pool. I was very impressed. I like that there were plenty of doors to go in and out of the property

I don’t have any complaints about the property except maybe bacon for breakfast lol

I believe the team member at the checkin desk name was Kaley or Kelsey was an exceptional employee. The assistant Manger a tall man, was friendly & hard working. No task to make the guest comfortable wads beneath him.

I had my 10 year old emotional support dog join me & was charged $75 for her stay. I do not think that all dogs that stay with Hyatt are put under one category, I had my dog paperwork with me but it made no difference. Marriott hotels recognize emotional support animals and do not charge as long as the guest shows their dog credentials. The next time I have my dog with me I will book else where.

A very large room and two comfortable beds. There was a kitchenette with a sink, a fridge and coffee station, a large sitting area with plenty of seating.

The room layout was somewhat strange with the washroom basin being an integral part of the room, just something to get used to. The fridge was very noisy and I had to pull the plug, also as the room was close to the communal Ice Making room, the constant noise from this machine was dreadful.

The room was clean, and the staff was extremely accommodating. The breakfast provided was pretty standard but served its purpose. We like having two double or queen beds. The room's temperature control was easy to use and effective. The room was quiet with only minimal outside noise.

There could have been a couple more luggage carts but that is just quibbling on my part. We could have used a microwave in the room which is pretty standard nowadays.

The breakfast was ok, could have been more hot choices other than eggs and sausage. The staff members were nice and friendly.

I did not like that there was a $200.00 deposit after the total. Booking.com or the hotel did not make us aware that there would be a charge of an incidental fee and that should have been made clear before booking. Also we had dirty sheets for one bed when arriving and had to request new linen as soon as we stepped foot into the room.

Beautiful property with a pool and gym. The suites were a very nice size. Enjoy the Complementary breakfast and the entire staff were extremely friendly. The hotel was very quiet at night.

TV service/network poor. No guide. Poor channel selection and service. Route 73 traffic pattern difficult to follow and negotiate if not familiar with area. Breakfast hours could be extended to 11:00 AM.
