The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Location was perfect, it was easy enough to get on the train to NYC and there were enough shops and restaurants in the area in case you need anything.

For me the rooms were a bit outdated, and could definitely use a refresh.

We were there for Rutgers' graduation! The location was great and the little interaction we had with staff was excellent. If we're ever in the area again, we would stay there because of easy access to restaurants and stores within walking distance.

I didn't like the time was short! It didn't have a sofa.

The room was very comfortable and had everything you needed like a 5 star hotel. too bad the building and room itself was very aged. staff was truly excellent, all shifts. Food was relatively poor, only had the coffee. Well done, overall.

The location is central to shops and places to eat. The staff were friendly and very approachable. The room clean. Bed extremely comfortable 😌

The cooked breakfast was the same every day. The orange had sugar in it. The cheese omelette was just not nice.

Check in person was inaccurate in telling me IHG rules. But then accommodated.

Despite the water stains and such, the room was really clean. I also got a free upgrade which I think was just a bigger bed. I liked that they had a mini fridge & a microwave in room. The shampoo & conditioner included was really nice. Even though pricey, I liked having a washer and dryer just around the corner from my room. The bed had labeled soft and firm pillows and was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good & the hotel is no more than a 10 min drive from everything you could possibly need.

It's all minor things in my eyes but there were some maintenance issues like water stains on the ceiling and cig burns on the floor. And, not that I needed it but my sink plug was broken. I did hate being in a room all the way in the corner of the building where the lighting was poor. Also their laundromat was really expensive.

Pool was closed; False advertisement. Disappointed. Granddaughters couldn't enjoy pool.

The bed is the most comfortable that I have slept in. I was able to get a late check out with more time than most hotels.

Very accommodating. Considering booking.com never sent the information and couldn’t find our reservation. Cost us a little more but I’m glad we had a bed to sleep in, we did make another reservation for the following week with the hotel directly as we will be going to another wedding.
