The owner checked us in and recommended a couple of restaurants that she thought we’d find interesting based on our small talk. She also let us keep our car longer in the lot on checkout day since it was not busy while we did some more sight seeing on foot

We could tell the tub was new and it was too bad that the painters did not do a better touch up on the trim. It just made the over all appearance look a bit sloppy. 10 extra minutes to do a good job would have greatly enhanced the look. Picky, but details matter in an older hotel.

the lobby could use a redo, but the rooms where great.

i could hear the people upstairs from me, it was prom week, the lady at the lobby said i could check in late Friday night, so but didn’t arrive until 1:15am, went to open the lobby door it was locked!!!! so my Friday night stay was sleeping in my car with my 2 kids at the WAWA parking lot!! it was the worst night sleep ,,,,,plus i paid for that nights stay on top of it too, all because the lady never told me about the door bell to ring it , there where NO signs - to say hey ring the bell for any late checks in!!! or what have you!! all i have it was ridiculous, she kept ranting about prom kids and adults.

The boardwalk was only 2 blocks from the hotel. The rooms looked nice and were neat/clean other than the floor felt sticky so I wore flip-flops inside (but I'm a little bit of a germaphobe).

The walk to the boardwalk was only a couple of blocks but it's at the very end so it's a lot of walking just to get to the good part of the boardwalk and a very long walk to the other end, and of course, you then have to walk all the way back unless you pay for the tram ($5/person). Or pay for the parking lot and even then you are at the far end of the boardwalk away from everything. The coffee was terrible so I bought my own and needed filters, too. The coffee they supply is not good at all and it's in its own filter pouch (like a big tea bag without a string).

Rose was very nice and the other staff were as well. The price I paid via Booking was 30 percent more than the advertised rates the week we went that was not a small amt of money:(

Price was high for 2 night stay. I will not go back to Wildwood, the beachfront is a ridiculously long walk to the water. I like to walk but add a chair, a cooler and snacks to carry and it is painfully long. Port a potty facilities also long walk.

We stayed in the hotel part and the rooms were very modern and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. Only a short walk to the boardwalk and beach.

The pool wasn’t open yet, however we were there two weeks before Memorial Day weekend. I just wish they would have mentioned that when I booked the room while I was talking to them. The beds were okay for my husband and daughter but I have an extremely bad back so the firmness really hurt my back each morning. The volume on the TV also only went up to a certain point and I could barely hear it over the air conditioner and two kids.

VERY VERY CLEAN. Big fridge. Close to the beach/ boardwalk.

I was disappointed the WiFi didn’t work most of the time. We booked a room with a king bed and a queen bed. The king bed with the AC in the same room was very comfortable. Where the queen bed it was much warmer. There was no coffee maker and hair dryer in the room but they were stated as an amenity. (We walked to the bagel shop around the corner and it was $8.71 for 2 black coffees.)

The room was not handicap friendly bc the walker can’t get through the doorway into the bathroom but the staff was so nice and accommodating trying to allow us to switch rooms. She really went above and beyond to help us and even used the chair lift to get my handicap aunt in the pool! I wish I remembered her name. But she was there everyday!

Great location, walking distance to a lot of places. The bathroom was nice, clean, well lit. The balcony was private, the rooms were quiet and peaceful. The mini fridge worked great! :) easy checkin/out!

The bed sheets had a few spots on them, which made them feel dirty even though they were probably just stains. Would have liked a few extra pillows for the room.

The location was fantastic for the price. Just a 5 min walk from Wildwood Boardwalk and nearby restaurants. The room was larger than expected, especially the bathroom/shower and very clean/smelled good. Housekeeping was wonderful and asked what we needed on our second day; we didn't have to request anything. The front desk woman was so sweet when we said we were there for a bachelorette weekend and made sure the bride had a good time on our way out. She was very down to earth and hysterical, we loved her! We arrived early around 1pm and were able to check in right away and was given a ground floor room upon request. Would absolutely stay here again! I'm sad it is booked out for my bday weekend in August.

They are difficult to get ahold of via phone/email, but they are VERY busy around this time of year, so it was completely understandable. Our only complaints were: the pool closed at 7, we wished it was open a bit later. The beds, in my opinion, were very comfy but a bit small.

Room was nice, updated and spacious. The manager was very helpful and friendly. Appreciated the “quiet “ hours.

Sink was slow to drain. Better sweeping of the floor was needed. Later check out would be nice- or at least the option to pay for a later check out.
