The room was beautiful and relaxing! It was a nice size for just the two of us (my 12 year old son and myself), and everything was modernized and tastefully done. The property is conveniently located and has ample parking, and the pool and swim up tiki bar area was a lot of fun! The staff went above and beyond, over and over, to ensure our comfort. They were all SO FRIENDLY and accommodating, they felt like friends we just had never met before 🥰 my son wasn’t feeling well for most of our trip and the staff was very concerned and caring, even when we had to cut our stay short because he was getting worse.

My only complaints were that the towels were a little old (some stains and kind of threadbare); and the toilet seat and lid kept sliding to the right when we sat down and probably could use replacing.

Nicely renovated bathrooms and rooms to update the original building. Rather than housekeeping skipping our room when we asked not to be disturbed they placed a little bucket outside our room with extra clean towels and trash bags just in case we needed them. I’ve never had a hotel do this… not even since covid. It was a very nice touch and great idea so guests can skip daily housekeeping without having to ask the front desk for the items.

More parking closer to the building. I know there’s not much to do about it, but the small lot behind the hotel was crammed and if one car was parked askew, it caused issues fitting other vehicles in if others could park at all due to the poor park job. There are extra lots nearby so we weren’t without a second option. Overall still great!

Room was very nice and clean also very up to date.

No microwave in the rooms unless you have a room with a full kitchen. Definitely not convenient I never stayed anywhere that didn’t have a microwave in the room.

The building was easy to find and had convenient parking. Even the overflow parking that they had was barely a two minute walk from the hotel, close by and also easy to find as well. Staff were kind, and extremely helpful. The room was cute, clean, and just what we needed for a one night getaway. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels.

Everything was great! I'm always a little scared of getting a room in Wildwood because the motels are so hit or miss. This motel was great. The room was newly renovated and decently sized for two people. The bathroom was larger than most. The only thing I would say about the room is they need to have a chair or something in there. There was nowhere, other than the bed, to sit. A minor inconvenience but when you are trying to take off damp clothing from the beach it helps to have a chair. Otherwise everything was perfect. The bed was, as many other people have mentioned, like sleeping on a cloud. The AC worked great...almost too well...had to put the temp up to almost 80 because the unit was bigger than needed for the room. It's a good problem to have. The pool was nice. Not too crowded. I don't normally use the pools at the motels but this trip we made the exception. Had a nice time just floating around mid afternoon. Swimming up to the bar and grabbing some drinks was nice too. It being cash only was difficult but we found work arounds (using our waterproof phone cases as cash wallets). The hot tub was really a welcome addition as well. We do a lot of walking at the beach and it was nice to come back and just soak. The bar downstairs was what you would expect from a shoreside motel. We had a really bizarre and interesting time watching professional tag on ESPN with the bartender and some of the strange people that wandered in. If you appreciate weirdness...a good motel bar is a place to go! We were not disappointed. The beach and boardwalk are literally across the street. Really convenient. Also it is located at one end of the boardwalk which is a huge plus if you plan to walk the whole expanse of it. No backtracking. The staff all around were professional and nice. A pleasant surprise. All and all it was a great experience!

As I said...put a chair in the room. That's about it. Maybe don't have the AC set to 68 pre-check in. That was TOO COLD. Even with it set up to 70-72 it was still really chilly in the room. Once again, this is a great problem to have. I have stayed in many motel rooms that had AC's that didn't work at all. To have one that worked TOO WELL is great!

Front desk help was amazing. Thank you!!! Cottages were great and the price during the week can't be beat. Close to Moreys Piers and the beach. Awesome local free park for the kids to play at right across the street. Vietnam memorial wall and other war monuments across the street also so you can slip a little education in there for the kids. Will stay there again ASAP. Swim up Tiki Bar is so fun and the bar in the hotel was fun and clean. Bar style food is available and not too bad, and pricing on par with the area.

Carpet tack strips around borders and doorways of carpet were puncturing our feet. Tacks tooooo long. Pool water could have been cleaner. Cloudy with film on top in the corners.

Exceeded our speciations. Beds were super comfy, bathroom was beautiful, staff was super nice. Loved the swim up bar in the pool we didn’t even bother with the beach. Food wasn’t terrible for a pool bar! Old bay wings were awesome! Our final night we got a night cap at the downstairs bar and watched the fireworks from outside.

when we booked, we reserved one “pool view” and one “ocean view.” when we got our rooms, the “view” was a brick wall, and they could not accommodate a room change. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the room anyway so it wasn’t a huge issue. The rooms were super nice but the walls are very thin, it was easy to hear that the toddler next store desperately needed to go look at the ocean, haha.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is very convenient and nice.

We feel like there could have been another person working at the barefoot tiki bar by the pool. Multiple people waited a long time for their drinks and some just walked away.

The shower was wonderful. Everything was clean and updated. The maid refreshed our room the next day and gave us clean towels and coffee refills. It was very quiet overnight.

The TV channels were awful! We like Fox News and some sports. Not much available to choose from.

Clean, nice people at the front desk, nice cleaning staff, close to the beach .

The room I booked, had a tiny bathroom. Literally had to open the shower door so you could sit down and use the toilet.
