Close to the boardwalk, staff very helpful and friendly

Under the 2nd floor is a night club. Our floor was vibrating and all you could hear was the bass. In the bathroom you could hear every word of the songs. We had to complain and the moved our room but it was 1am, so was very frustrating. Once we moved to the 3rd floor it was fine.

Being ,able to be comfortable like in your own home.

The appliances ,we did not have a microwave and our washer was broke. Since ,we got to the suite our washer was overflowing with water. We contacted the ,front desk and maintenance about it and nothing was done.

I liked how close and convenient the location was. Didn't have to pay for parking because we could just walk to everything. I also liked that the beds were big enough and there was enough space for four occupants. The rooms were also very comfortable in terms of AC and temperature control. Pool was a bit cold but it got warmer as the morning went by. Loved that it was enclosed and it was big.

I wasn't crazy with how thin the walls were. We must have been over the club because you could hear the music even in the late hours. You could also hear other guests through the ceiling and through the walls.

The hotel was the nicest and cleanest hotel I seen in wildwood and the staff was great super friendly!

The water pressure was a little low.

Most of the staff were very friendly. Valet guys were always trying their hardest and did a great job. Love the bar by the pool and access to the restaurant.

We were there for a week and saw one group use the vip area by the pool and absolutley no one use the high top tables but we did see multiple families leave the pool area because there were no lounge chairs to sit in. I am sure I'm not the first person to say ditch the high tops and add more lounge chairs. Pool area felt like a money grab instead of a relaxing hotel pool. The 50 year old motel around the corner has more lounge chairs and way less room by the pool.

The Staff is Awesome. Valet parking was a plus. One valet employee was phenomenal and went above and beyond (I think his name is Ricky). Horrible on check out, they make you walk to your car. The other valet workers (male only) need to take a course on social skills and discrimination. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. House keeping cleaners need to go through intensive cleaning training because they don't sanitize correctly nor clean right (floors are horribly filthy). I put on clean white socks and sand, dirt and hair was nasty on them. Lastly, they charge too much money to kick people out between 8-10m. It's not right. They don't allow you to check in until 4pm. Check out should be 1-2pm. In addition, pool set up is wonderful, but the pool is FILTHY WITH MILDEW/DIRT BUILD-UP in the drains. It's no way it's being cleaned, nor is the PH checked everyday. Overall beautiful suites, excellent staff and location, but needs swift improvement in overall cleanliness and sanitation. Oh and water pressure is way too low!

Sanitation and Cleanliness. I work at a children's hospital. If the inspectors came out I know they would have violations.

It was spacious and comfortable! It was a pleasant surprise to learn it came with a furnished kitchen and plenty of pillows! The Valet guys were phenomenal! 10/10 the best part of the staff! They were so welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. Excellent guys! It’s wonderful that you they don’t charge you for extra guests staying with you.

The property is new, which I kept in mind prior to even arriving and during my stay. The front desk doesn’t answer their phone so I didn’t have much information outside of reading some reviews and minimal info posted on the website. The property lacks effective communication, the ability to communicate (I.e no phones in the rooms), no coffee pot or toaster, and unless the A/C was on the coldest setting, the rooms were humid and moist the entire time. Everything felt damp due to the HVAC system.

The room was very clean and neat. I loved the valet service and that it was included in our stay. I also really liked the cafe, restaurant and pool being available throughout our stay.

I had a somewhat bad experience because there was a power outage the day of my check-in and we were kind of left to frantically find somewhere to stay or drive 3 hours home. The staff were not helpful in finding another place to stay but I do understand it was a crazy day for everyone. The next day I had to call about 10 times to get an answer on whether the hotel was open and finally got answers around 4pm when the power had been restored the night before. But after all that we had a great stay and really enjoyed the hotel.

The location was in perfect walking distance to the boardwalk. It was a few streets over but it was fast and convenient. Drops you off directly in front of the ferris wheel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The valet guys were the best and friendlier than anyone we met the entire time we visited the town. Our room and the facility as a whole was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything worked and the A.C. will freeze you out. The pool is nice and is 4'6" all the way across. It's dark (not a standard blue bottom) and the bartender said it's because it's a 'natural' bottom. While my kids played and again while eating dinner, I watched an employee test the water quality of the pool. The pool bottom is a bit rough and will hurt your feet if you play any extended time so fyi. We 100% recommend.

The beds and pillows! They were SO uncomfortable. I know more pillows are available at the front desk but I didn't want to get up and go ask for extra pillows for 5 people late at night. The beds were very very hard and I know I wouldn't have been able to sleep at all if I wasn't so exhausted from the sun, water and exercise.

This property seemed to be the best option in what we would call a pretty skanky area of the Jersey shore. We had friends renting in a gorgeous house in Avalon (Stone Harbor is also a gem). While Wildwood was not our first choice, this place had availability last minute and was reasonably priced. Seaport suites ticked all the boxes in making for a comfortable stay for a few nights. It’s very clean, room is large, staff is great, beds are comfy, pool is nice, valet is a great touch and it’s just a few blocks from the beach. Is Wildwood is your choice, this is really the best option.

Nothing about property is bad, Wildwood is gross.
