This property is just off I25 and an easy drive to Lovelace Hospital where we had medical issues to attend to. The motel is freshly renovated with attention to detail, the beds were comfortable and the amenities were good especially considering the price. The morning coffee was fresh and strong as I prefer it. The breakfast bar was very good with a good selection of breakfast fare. The pool looked well maintained and inviting but we weren’t there long enough to enjoy it. I highly recommend this establishment.

Though it is pet friendly, the outdoor pet has to be small due to the overall footprint of the motel.

The staff were great Blancha the lady at the front checkin was lovely and very helpful . Naresh also was very helpful . The hotel was very clean the bed extremely comfortable and the area is a bit off the main track but very quiet . Staff again made the stay rating what it is and the bed . I was also allowed to park in a disability spot my car is a rental which did not have my sicker. I wish they had luggage carts though it was very difficult to move my luggage to my room only short side of the the hotel

The breakfast could use some healthier foods like fruit and yogurt .

The staff at check in were pretty nice. There was a line at check in but the staff were pretty nice about it and checked all customers in as quickly as they can. They apologized for the wait and thanked us for being patient. The room was huge and the AC was awesome. The bed was comfortable. The tv was nice a big.

I didn't like the squeaky bath tub. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the tub didn't seem like it was secure, where it made noise as we took our showers. The room smelled like cigarrette smoke from a previous stay.

The carpet and floors were being cleaned when we arrived which was very inconvenient. With the balloon festival occurring, I would think that a better time could have been chosen. Also, requested coffee be prepared earlier than scheduled again due to the early balloon festivities, was given attitude, and told NO

Room was large, clean, and the bed was comfortable. We did not use the pool but it looked well maintained and clean. The breakfast was very good and well stocked.

The handicap accessible room did not have a closet or clothes hanging area. And there was only a very small sink in the bathroom, no vanity area for a storage only a small shelf.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Bathroom was large. Lux vinyl flooring instead of carpet felt good underfoot and was cleaner than comparable carpet would have been. For the price, it was good value.

No closet for hanging clothes. Breakfast juices and scrambled eggs were too diluted.

I have no complaints. My room was on the first floor which was great because I always overpack and it was clean.

Parking lot, there should be enter and exit signs so you don't have two way traffic when there isn't room for it. The coffee in the lobby is way better than the in room coffee is. Which isn't surprising but it was extremely bad and most likely due to the coffe pot not being cleaned properly or it was the water.

The air conditioner worked really well. And besides everything else, the stay was exceptionally good.

My room door looked like someone tried breaking in once apon a time. The door also didn’t lock. The floor itself looked and felt really dirty. The tub was dirty as well. They made me give a 200$ deposit because I was a resident just in case anything was damage and of course I had the funds for it but they need to make that clear when booking cause sometimes people don’t have an extra $200 to be on hold until they check out. There was also no parking, it was awful.

I was so happy to see smiling faces at the front desk and that was a great beginning to a two night stay in Albuquerque. The room was so big with the biggest bathroom l have seen in a motel. A wonderful breakfast in the morning before we left for day trips. Loved staying there and would highly recommend it. Great value for the money.

No complaints at all!

The breakfast every morning is good. And the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi where nice. Our grandkids loved it!!

The hotel was clean and I was able to get fresh linen everyday, but I asked for my room to get cleaned and all the lady did was make the bed. She didn't clean the sink, tub or floor or fill up the tissue.
