Cleanliness, kindness of front desk employee when we checked in after 3:30am after being stranded in a snowstorm for 13 hours. She allowed us a late checkout so we might get a little rest before driving on treacherous roads to get home.

Like most hotels, the mattresses weren’t the best by any stretch of the imagination but, after our ordeal, they allowed us to get a little sleep. The only other thing I would suggest is to leave a basket of fresh fruit throughout the day for guests to grab an orange or a banana as a little snack for those guests who missed breakfast.

Perfect location for our return trips from Colorado on vacation back to Ft. Worth TX. The hot breakfast was good. Maybe I'm old school but I like getting the receipt delivered under the door before checkout.

There was no fruit available at breakfast. Not a big deal, but maybe we were just a little late?

We booked an accessible room. It was excellent for this. It was very roomy. It had many more amenities than I expected. It had a separate sitting/work area with a separate television, along with a small food preparation area with a sink separate from the bathroom sink. The bathroom would easily accommodate a wheelchair and a caregiver.

At the time we visited, the poot and hot tub were out of service, as was the business center (which we did not need). The ice machine was not working. At breakfast, the orange juice was very watered down. It seemed they did not keep good tabs on what needed to be replenished at the breakfast area. What we did have for breakfast tasted good.

Staff was great, very polite and eager to address anyones concerns.

I have stayed at the hotel outside of hunting season much cheaper, It seemed they jacked the prices up since there was alot of hunters in the area

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Everything worked. The breakfast was good too.

We only had two towels in the bathroom. The floor was sticky in the breakfast lounge. The trash cans in the breakfast lounge needed to be cleaned on the outside.

Great place to unwind after a long drive. Very spacious. Wonderfully comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast too.

The bathroom was quite small. The shower curtain needs to be replaced. Everything else was great.

Breakfast room was clean spacious and bright. Nice selection of items. I like that they have two entrances at either end of the hall so I didn't have to walk as far to my car.

I was not told the amount of the pet fee until I received my bill.

Great Value. It was my 4th hotel in a week, and it was as good as $200 rooms. Don't let the outside fool you. Was clean, bed was great and so was the breakfast.

Sad that the pool was closed. That was not a big deal.

The room was very clean and ready for quests. Very comfortable mattress and plenty of pillows. Everything worked as it should. The AC/Heater was reasonably quiet.

We were given a room designed for handicapped guests and this made the shower area difficult to use. Not terrible but a lot of water gets out of the shower while using it.

Our stay was very short. Left before breakfast.

Housekeeping needs to check mirrors. Kinda smudgy. That was minor. The poor clerk up front was pulling a double shift and around 9:30 pm there were about 5-6 people checking in. She performed great with a smile though!
