Comfortable, spacious room for a week+ stay. Good shower pressure. Housekeeping willing to do as much or as little as you want. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. Easy drive to restaurants and shops and NMSU. Front desk staff very welcoming and accommodating. Will be back!

Loud, loud, loud air conditioner and refrigerator. Hard to get to sleep when they kicked on and off all night. Expensive rooms compared to other hotels but the location is worth it. Dog friendly and when a neighboring dog was barking non stop, the front desk took care of it immediately.

The location was great and so close to NMSU. There was a gas station/convenience store right next to the hotel which was nice for buying snacks and drinks. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The lobby is clean and I liked the breakfast area where you could either sit down and order food or just take advantage of bagels, yogurt, and cereal etc. They also had a nice variety of drinks; water, juice, tea, coffee.

I don't really have any complaints about this hotel.

Property and hotel staff experience was great. Unfortunately, we had to book the room ourselves because this website, booking.com reservation for my hotel stay was not applicable and the confirmation was non existent, as as my name. The dates, address, everything was correct on the email confirmation. But I will be contacting my bank and booking.com shortly to dispute this charge.

I do a lot of traveling with my wife. The staff was great. My wife and I traveled to Las Cruces as she was having an Endoscopy done. After the procedure we went to the hotel and we’re allowed to check in early as my wife was still groggy and under the influence so to speak. They allowed an early check in and offered a wheel chair for her. I think her name was Ling, (My apologies if I misspelled the name) wonderful customer service rep up front. The room was great, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The pillows were amazing. Will definitely be staying here again. Great price, great safe location, great room and wonderful staff.

Reception and restaurant staff Tues through Thurs were great.

Fri restaurant staff was lacking. Put out minimal items for breakfast and my husband saw the waitress on her phone a lot. This was on 2/23. All other days were great, but Friday's crew was beyond lack luster.

Morning staff was beyond fantastic!!!!!

Room was not always cleaned upon request. Bar was out of many items, making difficult to have drinks listed. Was told by older bartender/waitress that there were no desserts offered on menu.

I never tried the breakfast because you had to pay for it,and there were only yogurts that I could see and fruit. I’m not sure if you had to order from the waiter to get more, but I didn’t get that far because they were asking me for $9.25 to have something.

I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for breakfast when I paid $182 for one night there. It seemed a bit expensive and unreasonable to me. Also, there should be cameras in the parking lot just in case

Friendly, clean. Night receptionist with white streak in his hair was super helpful and cheerful - please pass on our thanks to him. Food was lovely; had a great steak at night and a lovely omelette in the morning.

Location was great. The staff was outstanding from the clerk at check in to the waitstaff in the restaurant. Absolutely top notch! The room was much larger than most rooms we have stayed in on our 45 days of travel. Clean and very comfortable.

It's an excellent location half way for us to visit our daughter. We've stayed here about 8 times. The place is clean, staff is friendly and the food is tasty.
