The hotel is on Cerrillos road which, while not centra,l is full of good restaurants serving local cuisine. The area seems safe. The hotel is a bit older, and though clean, there is a bit of a smell in the room. The room is spacious, but not interesting in any way. The furniture is okay, the AC is adequate. I liked that they served omelettes/scrambled eggs for breakfast.

The bathroom is really small (though functional). There was a bit of a smell in the room as a used bandaid in between the nightstand and the bed. The breakfast does not have a lot of options.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We thought the beds to be more comfortable than expected. We found the breakfast to be fine. The staff were very nice and very accommodating. Location was central and easy to get where we wanted to go.

I booked the hotel so we could have a pool to exercise in. The pool was closed. I didn't see a note on the site that stated it would close for the season on a certain date. The staff stated that there was a notification on the site. I would have booked a different hotel. Also my sister and I have a problem with strong smells and found the air freshener very strong and cloying. Otherwise we liked the hotel

Good location, large room, friendly staff, we got a room on second floor and there was no elevator. Wonder how it could meet code without it. Basic motel breakfast with waffle and fresh made eggs.

The bathrooms in motels are so small these days and they put the sinks outside the bath area, which is odd. It was ok, but don't think the price meet the actual property. I also understand large cities and touristy cities always cost more. Santa Fe also has a major homeless problem while makes walking around in this area a bit sketchy.

The location was convenient for the local bus route 2 that took me straight downtown everyday. Many local shops and a shopping mall within walking distance too. Iron in room and great airconditioning. Though I didnt have time to use it, it was great to see the children splashing about in the swimming pool.

The breakfast was very limited for those who enjoy a fulll breakfast. It was ok for me. WIFI was weak. No kettle in the rooms so had to use the coffee maker for hot water

This is a hidden gem. It was recently renovated. The sound insulation is excellent! It's on a busy street, but we heard nothing inside our room besides a bit of a rattle from the airco. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was complete. There are many places to eat within a 10-minute walk - we recommend the Plaza Cafe. If you do not require luxury but want a clean, high-value, hassle-free place to stay for a few nights, this is the place.

The only very small thing is a bit noisy airco, but it did not bother us.

Great value for money, room large, comfortable and very clean. Location is what it is -- not a problem if you are driving, and parking was easy, the lot was never full. Walking distance from decent coffee at a Panera, as well as some basic shopping (booze yes, groceries no) at the same strip mall. Gass station right next door. Friendly and professional staff. I would stay here again.

Would be nice to have some more healthy options at breakfast.

The king bed is very comfortable. The room is clean. The pool is small but perfect for a swim and a hot tub. The pool and hot tub are clean and open till 10. I enjoyed my 3 day stay here. I even got a load of laundry done. 8 bucks for a wash, dry, soap and dryer sheets. I will stay here again. Cheese omelet or scrambled eggs and waffles for breakfast were satisfactory.

Not a "didn't like" just an observation. Older decor. Still nice and also clean.

It was quiet. Rooms were clean. Shower pressure was awesome!! Breakfast was okay you get the option of fresh omlettes with cheese made by an employee..You can make yourself waffles and they have muffins and cinnamon rolls bananas and orange juice hot chocolate or tea. Not too bad definitely worth it for the price the area worked great for us everything we wanted to do or see wasn't more than 20 minutes from us shopping centers and gas station very close!!

There wasn't a vending machine.

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. They put an effort into the breakfast that some hotels do not. They had an attendant that kept the supplies in stock and even made omelets or scrambled eggs.

The negatives were that the carpet in my room was wet in spots as if they had steam vac'd it and it hadn't dried all the way? Also, I think all hotels with second floors should have an elevator.

The room was simple, clean, and comfortable. The bed was very comfy and enjoyed a great night's sleep. Laundry facility was adequate and was in excellent working condition. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Television programming could have been easier to manage programs. The pool was closed on a hot day. It would have been a good time for a swim. Washer and dryer only accepted quarters. No change machine available on premises.
