It’s very clean. The price point makes it an excellent value. I was able to turn the heat up for the night and make it very cozy. Super friendly and helpful staff. Felt comfortable all night. Would definitely stay again when passing through.

Hot water takes a while to get to the room. Could use some tlc and updating of floors both structurally and aesthetically. Continental breakfast is rather lack luster.

It was a nice room and comfy. It was nice to see a tv, mini fridge and a microwave.

It would be nice if they replaced the ceiling tiles especially the ones that looked like there was a leak in the past. I also hated the driveway as you pulled in. The whole place has potholes and needs desperate repair. Especially for someone like myself who had to navigate my motorcycle through that.

It was only hour to catskills mountains and waterfalls and an hour to Bethel woods concert venue worth the drive. The town is quiet a store right beside it for gas drinks ect. was overall great and well worth the price. The cost was more then fair and only 1hr 45min to Massachusetts border.

I have no complaints or criticism. As a place to overnight in comfort at a bargain price MM can't be beat (Maybe more variety on tv channels, but I didn't come to watch tv)

The Margaretville Motel was a delIght. Simple, Clean and comfortable with a great view. Good central location in the Catskill Mountains and quite safe.

The place was great value and very convenient. I received a call after I left an item behind, very helpful. It should be noted that no one was at the office when I arrived but I was sent an email with a code for my room.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable for a budget motel. Contact less checking worked fine. This a great place for hikers to stay. Very close (within 1/2hour drive) to several major trails.

Rt 28 is a bit noisy.

motel staff went above and beyond. I needed a hair dryer which did not come in the room and the staff went out of their way and had one at my room within a short time.

Last minute needed a stay due to getting trapped in a blizzard. Booked a room online (you can also through the phone) lady was very nice on the phone and helped us out. Cheap, clean, and comes with breakfast in your room :)

Basic no frills motel with good size room. Room and decor is dated but fully functional. Check process was done completely remote in which you are emailed a PIN for the room door. Breakfast was not available due to COVID-19 but the room included a basket with instant oatmeal and packaged muffins. There were also bottles of milk and orange juice in the fridge. Room had a microwave. Shower had excellent water pressure. Overall good value and solid choice considering other options in the area.

Carpet could use good cleaning. Room did not have a hairdryer. The office is completely unstaffed due to COVID-19 which maybe of concern to some people. The driveway has massive potholes that absolutely need to be patched!
