There aren't a whole lot of hotel options in Hamilton. (I grew up in the town and come back from time to time, so stayed in them all.) This new hotel is much better value than the Colgate Inn - the main other option. It's clean, new and quite comfortable. A fine bed and just a little bit out of town. That said, you need a car to get to town, whereas the Colgate Inn is right there, and has a restaurant.

Convenient location to hockey rink. Coffee was excellent. Staff very friendly. Room was very clean.
It was a little pricey but to be u seated as was the weekend before Thanksgiving.

Location. There is also a nature path behind the hotel which I discovered on my own. They should let people know.
Everything was good. Breakfast was good but had to ask that they put out bread, plates, tea.

Staff was very welcoming, helpful and cheerful. Check in staff was very helpful with my questions about the area. We were given “Raiders ice cream” (local college mascot) when we arrived.

The coffee was good. The motel is clean.
The breakfast could have had more variety and also fresh baked goods. I could hear the people in the next room late at night.
