Absolutely spotless room. This is an upgraded retro motel out of the 50's and 60's The interior was designed to accentuate that with colors and fixtures. Not shabby but old. I thought it was quaint and special. Seemed like a family run business that was important to my choice. It was nice that they served a continental breakfast in the morning. This is NOT a corporate "Best Western" It is off the highway motel done up to be just that. I liked it for what it was. Lots of character.

It is not a quaint in town bed and breakfast. It is a redecorated (not renovated) early 60's motel. Off the highway...with some road noise (not bad). My wife was not impressed but likened it to the motel in the TV show Schitts Creek. We both had a laugh and settled in for a what was otherwise a decent night's sleep.

The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was generous with plenty of different options. No hot options, which was fine for us. There was hot coffee and water for tea.

It was Fall and the weather had changed. But it was nice enough to sit outside. The balcony chairs were old and not the most comfortable, but for a one night visit, they made due. It was located on a main thoroughfare, so a little traffic noise. We had a lovely view of the hills.

The staff was very friendly. The owner lives onsite and is very helpful. They offered us some tips and recommendations of places to visit while in town. Breakfast was pretty basic but still good and nice to have. There weren't any eggs or waffles, but there was cereal, bagels, oatmeal, and some baked goods. Coffee and water are available all day.

Scrambled eggs, waffles, and some kind of meat would have been welcome additions to the spread. The breakfast flyer in the room mentioned waffles, so perhaps they're available by request only. If so, that's my fault for not pursuing it further. The pillows weren't the best. I had no problem sleeping on them, but my partner wasn't as fortunate. We were able to purchase a different pillow locally and they slept better the second night. The toilets are outdated, but that's a minor gripe. They're the low-height and rounded ones versus the more modern taller elongated ones many of us take for granted.

We were in the King suite and it was GREAT!! It was so nice to have the extra room. We had booked one night but we were so comfy we stayed an extra night. The breakfast was very nice and the staff SUPER!! We visited the wineries and loved it! I cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay here.

We were very happy about everything. I’m sure it’s so nice to sit out in pretty weather.. but it was nice to be away from crowds!!!

Staff were exceptional in their responsive and helpful service and making us feel welcome. Inqired about coffee availability in the late evening and pot quickly made. Clean and comfortable bed and pillows and excellent shower. The outdoor firepit area was a great way to end the evening and meet some nice people.

For the value, everything was more than acceptable. Being an older facility, our room could benefit from maybe a couple more conveniently placed outlets but that's about it, nothing major. The friendly and helpful owners made our stay excellent.

The place is clean and well kept and the staff is wonderful. We were greeted at check in and had a great conversation as to the area attractions and best places to eat. Continental breakfast is included and it was very nice. We spent two nights here and will come again. It is a very well kept older place and I found it nostalgic , quiet and charming. Very well run!

The sitting chairs in the room are a little hard and not very comfortable, but besides that, this place is nice.

It’s an older property that is well maintained. There are some benefits of “older” including, I had a full length functioning bathtub (yes shower if you prefer), water that gets hot, and more spacious counter space in the bathroom. And each of the rooms is decorated with a different theme. The couple that owns/operates it are lovely people and it’s close to everything I was looking for at an affordable price.

I didn't expect an outie motel-style place but it's kind of a next-level one, and the room had a vaulted wooden ceiling which was very nice. There are some innie rooms as well. It was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was good and I appreciated that they had almond milk! It's a family-run business and I appreciated the personal touch of the owners, lovely couple.

The coffee was not too good. Lighting in the room could be improved - for instance, no lighting over or even near the little table. Bathroom could use a couple of hooks to hang towels, bathrobe, etc.

This is an older facility. That said, it was excellent. It was super clean. The owners live there, and they're friendly, courteous, and helpful. It's only a couple of miles from Hammondsport and the Glen Curtiss museum.

There was nothing to dislike.

The owners are wonderful! Very helpful and try to assist in anyway possible. The location is typical of motels but close to various points of interest. There is a nice Mexican restaurant nearby. Breakfast was sufficient. An ice machine on the premises.
