Vee at the desk, she was super nice and offered us water and breakfast bar uppn check out, very cool of her and the other gentleman was so nice too. Answered any questions we had. Room was very clean and they supply nice toiletries. Walls are a little thin so you hear your neighbors, but I've yet to find a hotel in that price range that doesn't have thin walls. Well worth the money. Great location. The swimming pool was clean. New restaurant wasn't open yet but the bar was and that was handy for pool drinks. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!

The vending machines are too expensive in my opinion, and I got a bag of m&m's that looked like they were from the dinosaur age...ugh. The lobby is very nice, and it's nice that they have beverages available, however, I would recommend water with fruit or cucumber instead of over sweetened Country Time lemonade. When we were checking in the police were there chasing a naked homeless man around the hotel. Luckily they got him.

What breakfast charges extra $4 for a tiny cup of coffee. Food Ok, but not worth $10 if coffee is extra charge. Would not do again !!

all the rooms don t have closed caption on the tvs. I have never been to a hotel where they didn t have close caption . I believe it is a law that hotels must offer it . I am deaf in one ear and have used closed caption for at least 25 years . they told me only the new tvs have closed caption . the tvs looked all the same . I believe any tv can have closed caption as long as you have cable. they are all flat screen so they can t be that old . I was upstate in a cabin last year and they had one of those big old tvs snd it had closed caption on it . they did find a tv snd brought it to my room . but for the future I dont want to go through that waiting for hours to get comfortable.

I really liked the space I had in my room. I felt relaxed and comfy.

The front desk gave people my personal information without my consent. I specifically told them to ask the intruders to leave and yet instead they were allowed to stay and continually bothered me until one of them was “harrasing other guests” in which they were finally asked to leave ALONG with me because I was linked to them apparently. This very much let me down.

Staff cleaned room and made bed every day

Hard Mattress could not get comfortable. Room very nice and quiet. Only 1 elevator so if you have a hard time walikng up stairs let them know. I would stay here again.

Front staff were not on the same page very confusing booking a extra night. Got locked out of my room. The toilet ran non stop, very annoying. Maid service 1st morning woke me up 9:30 to clean was not checking out for 3 more nights.

Beds are too small For the price breakfast should be included or at least make sure stocked up on endless coffee AND creamer

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The restaurant in the hotel had good food and service, as well.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Very close to the beach. There is everything you need down the street. Location is amazing for what we needed to do.
