I made the reservation through Booking.com, and it was advertised as a pet-friendly hotel. 2 days later, I decided to write to the hotel to find out more about their “pet-friendly” policy, and they informed me that they charge $150 per pet (even though the ad says that the fee MAY apply). It will apply for sure! They charge for all pets. I was shocked by the price level and the lack of clear communication from the hotel in their Booking ad. I sent an email. They intended to explain their reasons, but it doesn’t make sense to charge such a high price (the price of an entire night) without the animal having done anything wrong or damaged the hotel. I don’t consider them to be pet-friendly.

Space and cleanliness. Among the staff, "Catherine" was exceptionally helpful and responsive.

I understand overall impact of covid on services and limitations. But. The place was clearly understaffed, burdened by overwork and overtime. Except for "Catherine" mentioned above, there was a lot of shortness, snippiness. No one's fault. I chalk it up to being understaffed.

The location and breakfast. I stay here every year.

The showers need to be cleaned properly. I don't like the fact that the pink mold in the shower creases. I asked the housekeeper for towels as we didn't want our room to be serviced. She said she would bring them back and she never did.

Everything - my husband and I were totally impressed with our room - so clean and so much space, very comfortable in every way. Would highly recommend it to everyone

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. This is becoming my regular hotel when I'm in the area.

The windows don't open. A few stains on the shower could be scrubbed off with a bit of extra time to deep-clean.

Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and Breakfast was good. No butter or OJ

Carpet in room was held down with duct tape and rooms were not cleaned and no fresh towels. No notice of this. We paid a handsome price of $1,300 for a suite 2 nights. Either I had higher expectations or paid too much. I was not alone as the facility was near capacity.

The breakfast was good. The room was wonderful.

We brought our dog and were grateful to have such a nice room and a place to bring our dog. I just wish the pet fee for one night was a bit less.

Good for families, spacious, friendly staff, good breakfast and easy parking. Location is also convenient for exploring the area and food and shopping

It was clean and the staff was very patient with us when we had an issue with our card.

The cot was very uncomfortable and the mattress didn’t fit right.

The staff was very nice. The room was spacious and the perfect size for two adults and one toddler.

I did not dislike anything about the room or the staff.
