the property was reasonably close to jfk airport. the breakfast they offered was great.

the neighbourhood is a bit dodgy

We chose this one because it was near JFK and had decent reviews. We weren't really expecting a lot, so were surprised to some extent. It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was sparkling. TV was working just fine. We had a pretty good complimentary breakfast. For the price, it was definitely a good one. If we ever have to book a place near JFK, we will surely consider this one.

The only problem was the outside noise, as it is right beside an expressway and ours was a roadside room, we could hear trucks and cars all night. It didn't really bother me, but if you're a light sleeper, you could ask for a room which doesn't face the road.

Excellent customer service. Comfortable and very clean rooms, bathrooms and common areas of the hotel. All the hotel staff is very professional, friendly, helpful and willing to serve and help you during your stay. Breakfast is served from 7am to 10am and they always have a very varied and complete menu that ranges from hot dishes, fruits and cereals, and again the staff in the dining area is always very friendly and willing to help you at all times, always attentive to replenish all the food stations when a product runs out. Excellent reception staff, very diligent and friendly at all times, as well as the cleaning staff, always attentive and keep the hotel very clean and neat. Excellent and safe parking area, and the hotel is very well located to visit New York either by car or public transportation. This Hotel is 100% recommended.

We had a 3-night family tour and eventually extended our stay for an additional night. The best part was that the E and F trains are very close to the hotel (within walking distance). We visited many places using the subway, including the Statue of Liberty, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Jackson Heights, Coney Island, Roosevelt Island, and the One World Observatory. The hotel provided a good hot breakfast. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance or a $10 Uber fare. The staff were great, and the room was clean.

The only problem was the car noise at night because the highway is very close. Room price is not cheap.

The hotel is conveniently located less than 15 minutes from JFK Airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers needing easy access to the airport. Additionally, the surrounding area has plenty of gas stations, which is especially handy if you need to refuel a rental car before returning it. The check-in process was impressively quick and seamless, allowing us to get settled into our room without any delays. Overall, this hotel is a great option for those prioritizing convenience, efficiency, and accessibility near JFK.

Breakfast was very good. However, I am used to having breakfast included in the room rate. So did probably AA, because they did not give me any breakfast voucher,

When I checked in at 4 am (due to flight cancellation), I had a hotel voucher from AA, but I was still required to deposit $50 for my room before check-in could be completed. Your systems did not work, and it caused one of my credit cards to be locked because of many similar credit card transactions. Check-in took a long time becuse of these problems, and I really wanted just to go to sleep. Once I was checking out, you tried to make me pay for the room again, even though I had given you the voucher when checkin in. That payment and its cancellation were also visible to my bank and caused my banck to contact me for possible problem with my other card also. Luckily for me, all this happened at the very end of trip, and I was basck home to take care of the banking problems.

We chose the hotel just as one overnight stop between the JFK airport and our "main" hotel in Manhattan. We weren't expecting much but after all we were quite happy with this hotel. The guys at the reception were friendly, the room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The bed and the bathroom were great. We couldn't complain about the breakfast either - a wide selection of food in a good quality. The price seemed really fair for what we got. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again in the future.

The only issue was the noise from the highway that is very close to the hotel. This city never sleeps, so be ready to use earplugs if you're sensitive to that. I can imagine this probably depends on which side of the hotel is your room window situated.

Its a very clean quiet place. One really nice guy at the front desk.

The rest of the staff at the front desk is rude. The manager knocked on my door to tell me I had 4 visitors the day before. As if didn't know that. I'm visiting from out of town I have friends and family. I sleep early so nobody came after 9 pm ever. I don't drink I don't smoke I'm not loud. I decided that would be my last day there after using the place several times during previous visits to NYC and being quite happy there. Will not repeat due to the Managers strange visit. I had been there multiple times before and had many visitors. I'm always clean quiet and respectful so it's their loss as I'm a very frequent traveler.

Easy access to subway. Included breakfast was good value and adequate. The room was a good size. They allowed us to leave our luggage until the afternoon on our checkout day which is very helpful when you are walking and our air flight was that night.

No milk for tea or coffee. Didn’t expect to be in cellar with no view. On a very busy 6 lane highway although the noise was not obvious in our room. I guess being under ground level helped!

The breakfast was excellent. The person setting up the breakfast was very attentive and ensured that all items were replenished promptly. The breafast was very clean and adequate.

The reception staff was brusque and unfriendly; he was also unhelpful. When we checked in he asked whether we wanted our room cleaned in the morning. We said "no" , and asked when it would be cleaned. He said "when staff are assigned" but did not answer when we asked what that meant. When we returned to our room late on the second night, the room had not been cleaned and the towels were not replaced. I had to get towels from the from desk, and got only two incomplete sets. Later that evening the attendant called to say that we had opted for no room service. He did not seem to care -- not even an insincere apology.
