Property was nice, and affordable. Front desk staff was very helpful.

At breakfast, I went last minute, because it ends at 9. The staffer running it was very rude, talking loudly as if she wanted everyone to leave. Then she began cutting off the juice machine, waffle maker, etc while people were still getting breakfast. She could have roped off the breakfast section, and let the people that made it in time continue getting breakfast.

I love the fact the staff is very friendly. Alisha greeted us Friday and gave a few suggestions about restaurants. Then, Ms. Charlotte on Monday morning was do warm. She spoke to each person and she gave conversation. She is a lovely woman.

I wish all the rooms had pull out sofas. Also, the rooms need to be updated to really reflect the pictures. Then, the ice machine not working on the 5th floor was a bummer.

The complimentary breakfast was great. It wasn’t just cereal and waffles. The facility and the room was clean. The location was great and the staff was professional.

There were stains on the bed. The pull out bed didn’t seem to be clean as well so a little more attention to those areas. Other than that, everything was great for the price paid.

The breakfast was plentiful, hot and delicious. The rooms were clean, and the beds felt like we were sleeping on clouds. The location was nice and safe. We were in close proximity to the Northlake mall and outlets so it wasn’t a far drive to anything we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

The only thing I didn’t like is that we had to ask for room service but that’s all I could think of honestly.

I loved that it was in a good area and that there were many stores (food/restaurants, grocery store, etc.) in close proximity.

In the hallways of the rooms it was very hot, humid, and muggy. But it’s not that big of a deal, the room was very cool. The room was semi clean. There were shells from pistachios on the couch from previous person that stayed. Besides that everything was good.

The location that the hotel is in I loved it I could walk to several shopping centers it was awesome the staff was just amazing I had a great time with my grandchildren. The breakfast was hot the area was clean it was just very good I really enjoyed it and I definitely will be back there thank you all again keep up the good work.

I loved the room, bed nice and comfy, very hot shower, loved the lighting in the room, enough lights to see in room, and the location was excellent. I could Google anything and get to everything within 8 to 15 minutes. Being near the interstate was great.

The beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly. We were on the elevator with Ray and he was doing his nightly room checks for cleaning needs. He was so kind and we informed him of how impressed we were with the facility. He offered us more info about breakfast and local dining options. He was very accommodating and professional. I wish all places were as wonderful. Hate we only stayed one night

There was nothing we didn't like. Any future plans to Charlotte, this will be the only place we consider. Thank you all for your kindness and clean accommodations.

I enjoyed everything, the staff was great, breakfast was very nice. Great area.. this was an nice hotel.

The toilet ran most of the time. I had to jiggle the handle and the water would go down slow. You would need to hold the handle down for it to fully flush.

Location and price was good.

I could smell smoke from another room in my room. When I went to the front desk to checkout, the agent kept chatting in the breakfast area with what appeared to be her boyfriend. She kept looking at me from afar but never once came to see what I wanted. Eventually I just dropped the keys at the desk and left. I felt discriminated against honestly. Also, the beverages for sale in the store are extremely overpriced.
