Very good room and comfortable bed. Clean and newly renovated. Great configuration that allowed us to watch TV from the couch. Night light in the bathroom. Lots of available carts to carry luggage. Free fresh cookies at check-in! And the best welcome possible (the lady at the check-in counter was very very nice!)

Breakfast was only slightly better than the standard hotel free breakfast stuff : it had real potatoes, and fresh sliced strawberries for the waffles (which we did not see at the time since we do not eat waffles). Everything else was standard : sausage, fake looking scrambled eggs, lots of sweet stuff (which we do not eat), bananas and apples (no oranges). We did like the salsa though, combined with the cream cheese, this salvaged breakfast for us as we were able to make a fake "huevos rancheros" platter... NOTE : We were VERY disappointed there were no biscuits and gravy... Regardless, we liked the place and will probably go back.

Clean updated facilities with pleasant staff. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was exceptional with hooks and space to accommodate all pertinent personal items.

I asked some questions to the breakfast attendant about dairy/butter use and I feel more effort could have been used to provide answer. Person said spray butter was used on potatoes, and that more likely is a margsrine, and I could have enjoyed the potatoes. However I feel the attendant was guessing about the actual ingredients. The person was very friendly however!

We were given a room across from my sons family and we loved that the staff were so nice and very helpful. We loved the room and the bathroom next to the bed for a change. Plenty of seating with the extra Couch. The breakfast was very good.

Lots of traffic noise from our side of the hotel. It was very pricey for the weekend and the military discount was less than the Hilton one at 200 plus per night.All the other weekends were 129 a night so they raised it just for the carolina festival.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. In my 35+ years of traveling regularly I have never ever stayed in a cleaner place. Every single employee went above and beyond and were NC friendly 🙃 Hope I get to stay here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was pretty near perfect so no complaints

Breakfast was wonderful, and the service person there was extremely polite courteous and helpful. She set out a wonderful breakfast each morning and with a smile on her face.

There really wasn't much I didn't like, but since you asked I personally would prefer a firmer bed, but everything was pleasant otherwise.

The property itself was nice and in a good area for us. The front desk staff, Beverly and Inez, were both helpful and pleasant.

Only 1 day of service to the room and by service mean straightened up the beds but didn’t even empty the trash. No other cleaning service done throughout the 3 days and at the price we paid I expected full hotel service.

Proximity , felt like a new hotel - well taken care of , nice extras like a concierge store and refrigerator in room. Clean bathrooms and bedding. Great breakfast and enjoyed the coffee hot chocolate bar - friendly staff. Comfy

Convenient location off of the interstate. Breakfast was above average for this type of hotel.

Rear parking lot was closed. Local construction workers were staying at the property, parking lot was crowded and many larger vehicles were parked making access to parking more difficult.

It was clean and comfortable, and the staff members were friendly. The hallways were quiet. Check in and check out were easy.

As I was leaving, rooms were being cleaned. Some tissue had dropped out of the big garbage container onto the floor in the hallway. Also, the area to hang up clothes was small.

Staff was amazing!! Went above and beyond making us feel welcome!! Great location. Very clean and modern. Breakfast was really good.

Interstate noise kept me awake. Housekeeping vacuuming early on a Sunday morning.
