I most enjoy the location. The property is located on the main strip, if you will. There are a lot of shops and eateries around. I love that the beach is nearby as well. I previously stayed at the property for the same event. It was great returning again. The property is well lit in the front and back parking lots. I was able to REST---clean rooms, quiet, comfortable bed.

I did not appreciate the long wait for room admittance upon arrival. It definitely took away some time I needed to rest from my drive and heading to my event. The young lady kept me informed of the room status and checked me in about 1 hour or so after my arrival. The room was clean and nice. The young lady was apologetic as well. I do not believe the situation was her entire fault. Reservations were made and the property was obviously overwhelmed with the amount of guests that had reserved.

We had taken my mother and father inlaw to see their new great grandbaby. All women at the front desk were extremily friendly and professional.Especially the younger women with a amazing smile.More importantly my family member is experiencing memory issues.He went downstairs looking for son.Front desk staff picked up he was confused and called us.Which we graciously appreciated.Food and rooms good.

Husband didnt care for pillows I liked.

I enjoyed everything about my stay. The Staff went above and beyond to make sure I got settled in: It was my Birthday Gift to myself!!! And, the morning breakfast had gourmet qualities 🤗. I truly appreciated the 12:00 check-out time. I live about 25 minutes away, so this was a 'Near Home Stay-cation', so needless to say, I'll be there again; and will recommend it to friends and fam ☺️🌹🌞.

The staff, especially the lady in the breakfast room, were so nice. There were EV chargers/parking spaces right outside the entrance. Location was great. Pet friendly for a fee.

The mini fridge was barely cold, even at the highest setting.

Clean, modern, friendly staff. Several restaurants and a shopping center within walking distance.

The only negative is the free breakfast. Fairly good variety like most hotels with free breakfast but regardless of the hotel, the breakfast is usually microwaved cheap stuff that's not very tasty but hey, it's free so I can't complain.

The hotel was very cleaned and smelled just as clean and it looked. Check in was super fast and easy. Having breakfast in the morning made getting on with my day so much more convenient than having to find a place to have breakfast. The room had more than enough towels washcloths and toiletries to use though I bring my own toiletries.

The beds were a little to firm for my taste but that's only my personal opinion. Some may like and need that but it was a little uncomfortable for the side sleeper that I am.

Jennifer is amazing; helpful, friendly always a smile and a bit of conversation. kept everything replenished and clean. Angel front desk super guy even remembered we were there for a first grand baby shower and inquired how we both enjoyed both exceptional made our stay so welcoming we had great stay. ty.

The hotel location is excellent, everything you need is either in front of you(which is walkable)or on that road , there are a vast number of retail and restaurants to choose from as

The breakfast I wasn’t to impressed with, the potatoes were a little hard and the sausages not that warm

The front desk employee was 💯 amazing. I wish I had remembered her name because she was awesome. My flight didn't want until 11.50pm, so I didn't get to the hotel property until close to 1am. She stayed up front to ensure I was able to get in without a problem.

Breakfast was a very good variety so we could have something different per day. Thank you! Staff was very understanding and accomadating which I found to be quite reassuring.

As this is a pet friendly facility, perhaps have guests who don't want to be near dogs a bit further away? Ask guests at check-in, as we do accept pets here, would you like to be further away from them?
