Excellent breakfast!! Variety of items, clean place. Location away from busy roads. Friendly, pleasant staff. Comfortable well equipped rooms.

The lack of communication between housekeeping staff and reception desk staff. We checked in at 2:50 pm and were assigned a room. On arriving to the room, door was open, no one in the room. Housekeeping had not finish yet the cleaning in the bathroom. The bathroom floor was dirty and there was a hand towel and the bath mat missing. Bath mat was provided upon us requesting one. Housekeeping should alert front desk WHEN ROOM CLEANING IS COMPLETED AND FRONT DESK SHOULD MAKE SURE THIS IS DONE BEFORE ASSIGNING ROOMS.

cleaning staff. one female in particular. we were leaving and had our luggage and walked down hall toward elevator-saw female with large bin in the middle of hallway. she looked right at us and walked away from bin- never moving it. I had to physically move the bin to get by. she saw all this and made no apology or attempt to assist. she had a sour face as well.

The staff were outstanding! very polite, helpful, nice and professional! The property was clean and comfortable as well as nicely designed. We only had 2 complaints: The beds were way to soft to be comfortable and the constant noise from the I85 interstate right next to the hotel precluded any chance of a good nights sleep.

Didn’t have handicap room like I reserved. The toilet in room 314 is so short, I couldn’t use it. I had knee surgery a few weeks ago and was put in a room with a tub instead of shower. Around the windows, it looked like mold. The blinds wouldn’t open and the linen on the bed was full of lint which got in the ends of my hair.

I very much enjoy my stays here. The staff is friendly, especially Alice at the front desk. We had a great laugh about the history of her name. She was so nice. Everyone I have encountered though has been great. Parking lot is nice and well lit. Lobby is clean. Cannot attest to the breakfast, but I am sure it's nice as well. Beds are comfy (like wake up and forget where you are comfy), light tight window coverings, and generally clean compared to other 2 hotels in the area.

The cost compared to the other 2 hotels in the area is more than double sometimes. I try to visit once a month, but have had to cut back due to cost. The other hotels just don't compare, and unfortunately which is probably why the cost is so high here. This stay I noticed the bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd prefer. The floor had sticky spots on it in many places. The shower also did not drain very well at all. Overall though, this will not deter me from staying again.

Well one of the days I was there. They ran out of toilet paper. I went to store the next day to purchase some for my room. But other than that my stay was wonderful.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the whole place was very clean. Our room was spacious and the bathroom amenities were a plus. We will definitely stay with them again.

The only thing i didn't like... no Curtain to close off the bright outdoor night lights that shown thru into the room...an only mirror. That wasn't in bathroom. Was in foyer of room...with no lights
