We liked the room and front desk clerks. The hotel and room were clean. We really liked the step-in shower!

Although we really liked the step-in shower, we were not impressed at all that there were no bars to hold onto in the shower. Older people need something to help stabilize/keep their balance while in the shower. It would be nice to have a shelf for shower soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. The coffee tasted like instant coffee.

The room was very clean and it was quiet. It was easy to get a handicap parking spot after being out after dark.

Need to put a heavier blanket in the room for the winter months. I froze and no air was on. Also the outlet near the light on the side of the bed closest to the A/C didn't work. The elevator was slow. I panicked and went up 3 flights of stairs . Because we hit the button for the 3rd floor and the elevator didn't move.

Provided a hot breakfast which was a nice surprise.. location was great, some good local restaurants nearby. Hotel was extremely clean and all staff encountered were outstandingly friendly and helpful. Entire place has been renovated, loved the bathroom.

An odd smell in the hallways, maybe from new carpeting?

This hotel is situated in a very convenient location. The facility is easy to access for travelers. The room had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was more than we expected. All in all a good experience.

the king room we reserved was not ready and would not be till the next day so we agreed to switch to a double queen. also there was a lot of dust built up on the base of the floor lamp

Breakfast was supposed to be available but prior to us getting there, we were told it wouldn't be available. They could have done something, tired of hearing covid as an excuse. They did have 24 hour coffee service, but we always had to ask for creamer

For the money and location, Welcome Inn is the place to be. The staff is great and very friendly, I would recommend Welcome Inn to anyone. The rooms are very clean, and the staff will take care of you if you need anything.

Things Welcome Inn can't help is the construction, just a little noisy, but it's okay.

Oh my goodness the staff was wonderful the lady that waited on me was so kind and very helpful. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and I can really say this was one of the best. The rooms was big and the beds was comfortable and very clean. I will definitely be staying there again and will highly recommend it to all my family and friends ❤

No tubs in the facility. I like a nice soaking experience.
