So many great things about this hotel! The staff are amazing and made me feel at home from check in to check out. The entire property is beautiful and exceptionally maintained, and the room was spotless. Very comfortable bed and pillows I wish I could have brought home. :) Private balcony with Adirondack chairs and a stunning view of the beach, even from inside the room thanks to the large windows/sliding glass doors. Already booked two more stays. Can hardly wait to go back!

There is nothing I disliked about this property. Everything was wonderful.

Loved the Beach access from the Hotel as it is easy and close to navigate. The pool and hot tub are amazing. All the rooms are oceanfront and provide wonderful views. Each balcony has a small table and comfortable chairs. Loved that the hotel puts out chairs and umbrellas for their guests on the beach. All staff are incredibly friendly.

Didn't like that too much renovation was going on and caused multiple areas to be closed, like: restaurant, playground and the outdoor grounds near the shore. Also, wasn't a fan of drunk folks being loud near tiki bar which is located right beside pool. One man was so drunk he fell inside the enclosed pool area & continued to try to walk around pool while stumbling and heavily leaning to one side. No staff aided in this situation, nor encouraged him to leave pool area for his safety.

I had an emergency and my plans changed at the last minute. I needed to keep some and change some of my reservation. Apparently it was too close to my arrival and you stated you could not help me. I called Crystal Coast and spoke with E’Lana. She was sympathetic, carrying, and very effective! In short order she rearranged my reservation and held it for me, even though I was on the road and not able to immediately respond. Also, when I arrived she came from her office and explained the reservation to the receptionist who was having some difficulty checking us in. In short order we were in our room enjoying a beautiful view of the ocean!

Would like some soft pillows.

The balcony is our favorite part ( including the view ). Hanging out on the beach. We brought our own umbrella and it helped us be able to stay out there most all day.

Restaurant situation. This is the second year of issues while we were there. There are no eating establishments very close. I'm surprised they didn't have any food trucks there. IMO, they could have made a killing. Hopefully, next year this will be taken care of. Although, we are still planning to return for as long as we are able. If we didn't have to leave for meals, it would be the perfect vacation for us.

We didn't have breakfast you were under construction but it was still very nice. I been to alot of hotels and was amazed at some of the things your place did. Like no charge for beach chair umbrella, no parking pass, and you need to give your maintenance people a raise cause your air conditioner was the coldest I ever experienced it was like a artic breeze we didn't have to run it all the time. Your front desk staff was awsome,also the elevators worked great and the ice machine worked and even with people coming in and out from the beach the lobby was always clean

I guess the only negative thing would be the bathroom the torlit was in a weird spot it touches the door not much room.But didn't go to the beach to hang out in the bathroom .

The balcony with a veiw of the ocean was absolutely amazing. That is just one of the selling points of this property. There are chairs available for your day at the beach that are easily accessible. They are on a first come first serve basis, the hotel will provide an umbrella upon request. Beach towels are also provided from the front desk--one less thing for you to have to pack. For those wanting a peaceful beach get away, this is the place.

The rooms are great with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave but storage is a bit limited. There are only 3 drawers and a small closet. So it is living out of a suitcase rather than unpacking for your stay. Not a truly big deal because that is only a small drawback compared to all the other great things this property has to offer.

We loved the location of Crystal Coast Ocean Front. Amazing balcony with amazing view. The customer service is very professional.

We didn’t like that there was no restaurant on site, but that was known before our trip. It would have been perfect if there was as we wouldn’t go out from the site. It was mentioned that at the end of summer it’ll be ready (it will be a very nice restaurant) with beach vibes! Next time we go back it’ll be already there! Also, the pillows and bedsheets weren’t the most comfortable. That I wish were more softer, it was a bit scratchy.

It is beachfront and the views from the balcony are spectacular. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is a little small but all in all we love it here, this is our 2nd visit and we will return. I like that there's a bathroom right in the lobby off of the beach. It makes it super easy to lay out and not have to run up to my room every time I have to go to the bathroom. The staff is super friendly and nice.

The restaurant was closed this visit for renovations now that there's new owners.

I loved that the beach was literally right there and the balcony was great and every room is ocean facing the pool/hot tub area was very nice room looked good overall and bed was comfortable think it will be even better once the restaurant and bar are back open and all the staff was very nice. They also have chairs that you can take to the beach and the beach that the hotel is on is a beautiful and not crazy busy beach

The room wasn’t dirty but there was some sand on the floor and you could just tell the floors were not supper clean and the bathroom was pretty small and could have used an update. There was a thermostat in our room but the room wouldn’t get below 73 even when changing the thermostat and 73 is too warm for me!

Loved that the rooms had hard floors as I hate carpet in hotel rooms. I enjoyed the tiki bar and the umbrellas and chairs that were provided by the hotel. The beach was not overcrowded

No restaurant and very small bathrooms. I also didn’t like the WiFi router positioned on top of the headboard of the bed. The lights illuminating from it made the room too bright while trying to sleep at night
